16/09/2026: A wonderful experience at this welcoming and charming restaurant, with delicious food! During a business trip, our team of 16 had a fantastic time! The owner impressed us with her warm welcome, excellent service, and flexibility. As for the dishes prepared by the chef, they were excellent, fresh, and flavorful. We all thoroughly enjoyed our meals and will definitely return if we're ever in the area again :) I highly recommend it!

17/08/2026: I went there for my parents' 60th wedding anniversary. The setting is magnificent, and we had a private room just for us. The staff are welcoming, and the service is impeccable. The fouasse meal was generous. My only slight disappointment was that my parents didn't receive the little figurines and candles from the cake, which I thought was a shame. My mother collects the plastic cups (the ones we used after the mill tour, which was very well explained by our host). She paid an extra 3 euros for the cup. I found this excessive after a bill for a meal for 18 people, a mill tour, and a final drink together.

14/08/2026: We booked the large hall for our wedding reception, both lunch and dinner, for about fifty people. We had a wonderful day in this charming, historic setting. The pike-perch with beurre blanc sauce was exquisite, and the fouée buffet in the evening was a big hit. The cuisine does justice to regional recipes and produce. The attentive staff displayed a remarkable composure, which is much appreciated for this type of event.

28/07/2026: Oh dear, what a disappointment!! I ordered the Negombo chicken; the description sounded appetizing, but visually and in terms of taste, it was a huge letdown. €16.50 for such a disappointing meal! Frankly, I'm disappointed and I don't plan on going back. Yet, I was tempted by the positive reviews.

19/07/2026: Excellent Sri Lankan restaurant! The owner and his wife are incredibly welcoming and friendly. The owner's wife, in the kitchen, transported us to India with her incredibly delicious dishes. I felt like I was eating the food my mother used to make for me when I was little 🥰. My children also loved the food, and my son said he felt like he was at his grandmother's house because the cooking was so similar to hers. He told me, "My taste buds had been dead for two weeks, and this lady's cooking brought them back to life!" 😅 A major plus: they grow their own vegetables, and the meals are made fresh to order, not prepared and reheated like in many other Indian restaurants, which really brings out the flavors in the dishes. We wish them all the best and hope to see them again 🥰🥰

29/09/2026: Le Bistrot de L’oulette is a great find. The food is extremely good (certainly the best confit de canard I’ve ever had - including restaurants in London and New York). And the staff are friendly and very efficient. Very highly recommended.

21/09/2026: A simple, authentic inn with excellent value for money. The Auberge du Chêne is an accommodation where the name itself tells you what to expect: a simple, traditional inn in an older building. Therefore, you shouldn't expect the standards of a modern 3-star hotel. For me, as a motorcyclist, there was a major plus: behind the building is a free, secure parking area where I could easily park my motorcycle. The evening meal, prepared by the owners themselves, was a particular highlight. Simple, down-to-earth, and very pleasant. The owner is exceptionally friendly, communicative, and enjoys taking time for his guests. He is supported by his very friendly wife, who attentively looks after the guests. Breakfast is also perfectly adequate – though again rather basic and without any frills. Of course, the old building shows its age. Here and there are the minor quirks that come with such a building, and you shouldn't expect the same level of cleanliness as a modern hotel. This is something you should know before booking. My conclusion: If you're looking for simple, authentic, and affordable accommodation and don't expect any special amenities, this is a good place to stay. The warm and welcoming hosts, the good dinner, and the free, secure parking for motorcycles make the Auberge quite attractive for travelers passing through. For what's offered, the price-performance ratio is very good – you just need to arrive with the right expectations.

30/09/2026: Love this wonderful shop. You could eat just from there for weeks. Everything we have tried is delicious, including the fresh pasta (veal ravioli), the lasagna, the cheese, the veggies and that coffee flavored granita. Nicest people.

31/07/2026: I arrived here on the recommendation of a local I met by chance, and I wasn't disappointed. The service is friendly and efficient. The crêpes are made with fresh ingredients and are simply delicious. There's a wide selection, and some of the savory buckwheat crêpes are quite original.

31/07/2026: A true delight, both for the quality of the service and the crêpes. Exquisitely prepared, these authentic crêpes remind me of my childhood, whether made with buckwheat or wheat flour. I will gladly return when I am back in the area. This crêperie is one of those places that leaves a lasting impression and is truly memorable.
