Well-behaved small dogs are welcome. We recently returned, and it's still excellent. Truly delicious cuisine. We were even served amuse-bouches even though we didn't order an aperitif. Classy! Without a doubt, the best restaurant in Tours for me today.

23/02/2026: A very charming restaurant in a village house. The decor is simple yet elegant, and the welcome was perfect. The dishes are a delight for the palate and the eyes, so tastefully presented are they. My menu consisted of: soft-boiled egg with Jerusalem artichoke chips; main course: skrey cod with cherry tomato tatin and black garlic confit; dessert: citrus nage with lemon sorbet. Everything, absolutely everything, was delicious. A big thank you to the team; I will gladly return, knowing that the menu changes every month.

31/12/2025: The Viking ship, what can I say? Two days ago, the food was terrible, just mass-produced microwave meals. It took exactly five minutes between ordering and receiving the food. The fries were a limp, unappetizing side dish. And the price? Over €80 for two people, including main courses and desserts! Extremely expensive, we're not Americans. Avoid at all costs!

13/02/2026: We go there from time to time, always with pleasure; the dishes are delicious and made with seasonal ingredients. The service is impeccable and quick. We recommend this place and often bring friends who haven't been to this restaurant. The only downside is the parking, but it's worth the effort. Colmar and Le Chaudron are worth it. A great find for those who haven't been before.

20/01/2026: Some restaurants feel obligated to advertise their food as homemade, as if it were an exception. Here, it's just the way it is! And what's more, it's excellent! The meat is cooked to perfection, the mayonnaise is homemade, and the desserts are to die for. So, yes, it's still a bistro atmosphere with a bit of noise, but what charm! For those who want to eat in absolute silence and hear a pin drop, they can go somewhere else, plain and simple. But I don't care: I love this atmosphere where you can hear the barroom chatter as people try to solve the world's problems. The service is perfect, the staff super friendly. And a special mention for Lynx, the house cat, who is a sweetheart! I loved seeing him next to me, giving me those puppy-dog eyes, like, "Hey, your meat, don't you want me to check if it's good?"... You rascal! Please don't change a thing! Don't give in to the allure of ready-made food bought at M***o! Please! Don't take away the pleasure you give us!
