18/05/2026: Disappointed. The fried carp was good, but the pike-perch was dry, and the salmon trout was a very small portion considering the price. The beef was excellent, but the side dishes were minimal. The service was adequate, nothing more. We asked three times for a bread basket. As for desserts, the selection was limited, and some dishes were out of stock. There was an error on our bill, which was corrected without any problems.
07/05/2026: We tried the set menu: Escalope cordon bleu. Impressive and excellent. I understand why the menu doesn't include a starter. Personally, I only managed to eat half (and take the rest home). The dishes served to other tables (fried foods, etc.) were also very generous. The best thing about this restaurant is the exceptional service: empathy, kindness, etc. Our waitress has a special gift for making sure you have a delicious and relaxing experience. Chantal Bueb

22/05/2026: A restaurant with very few seats and an "old-fashioned brasserie" atmosphere. Limited menu and a clientele of regulars. I had a delicious crispy monkfish, served quickly, and a sublime apple meringue tart. I highly recommend it, just as it was recommended to me, and I don't regret it at all, quite the opposite!

The ravioli pizza was very good, the ham and cheese pizza a little less so, probably due to the lower quality of the ingredients.

03/06/2026: There were thirteen of us for a seven-day stay at the hotel. It's a place that's becoming increasingly rare. The management and staff are always attentive and helpful. Everything is well-maintained and clean. Dinners and breakfasts are of very high quality.
Nothing to complain about, only good things to say. Unbeatable value for money. Well done and thank you.
