06/07/2025: Perfect, the pizzas are very good with a thin and crispy crust! Very friendly and responsive staff. Very welcoming and affordable restaurant, I recommend it!

15/06/2025: Very friendly welcome regarding the pizza, even if there was precision about the thin crust, the topping and the taste are still subjective. It may not have been to our taste but it was worth trying.

16/12/2024: What a great discovery! 😋 But remember to book in advance, it’s essential. First of all, the environment, in the heart of the bastide town of Lannepax, in a quiet area. No problem parking, it's nice. Then the superb Gers house which houses the restaurant was renovated whilst retaining its historic charm. The decor is pleasant without being flashy. Here everything is about delicacy and a certain refinement. Finally, the meal: A la carte on Sunday lunch, it was a treat from start to finish. I have fond memories of the breaded soft-boiled egg and the chocolate sphere, a lovely surprise burst of flavors! The fish, ideally cooked lean, melts in the mouth. In short, a pleasant moment to savor, in the first sense of the term. The wine list is impressive with lovely regional wines and some great standards. The service is efficient and discreet, and the bill is correct for the quality of the overall service. A big thank you to the entire La Faleine bleue team! We will come back, for sure!

17/08/2024: For the summer season L’etoile des neiges has created an aperitif dinner menu with bistronomic tapas. We were able to share several small dishes full of flavor and hearty. The rissoles for dessert are delicious. A very good time we recommend

21/12/2024: Tuvimos que pedir una opción vegetariana. Que fue concedido. Los platos principales eran sosos e insípidos. Este puede ser un caso de síndrome de estafa en restaurantes antes de Navidad. El ambiente estaba bien y el postre de chocolate estaba bien, los únicos aspectos positivos.

08/12/2024: L'odalisque is a charming restaurant in Limoux where you can spend a pleasant evening and taste Blanquette, the forerunner of Champagne. As for the food, the 'dos ​​de merlu' is magnificent and obviously you can't miss something as French as a baked camembert

24/09/2024: We spent 2 nights in half board. Everything was perfect. Very good restaurant with quality local products (which is very rare for a half board) and a nice wine list. Professionalism and friendliness of staff I highly recommend this establishment. Not to be missed.

08/09/2024: We ate well, the service is average, €495 for two people with the food and wine pairing billed at €90 per person (not worth it), excessive prices for a non-starred restaurant, for the price go to Le Cerisier, a restaurant starred and exceptional service!!!!

08/09/2024: The setting of the restaurant is very friendly, welcoming. The restaurant has parking at the entrance. Lots of fish during our visit, fortunately the chef adapts and does not only have one menu per table.. there is also a menu for vegetarians. Lots of local products! Big downside for the service which is not up to par with the rest. However, we ate very well, special mention for the desserts! I recommend booking in advance.

25/09/2024: Le temps des Cerises is a wonderful little Parisian bistro which contains around fifteen tables and where the atmosphere is typically Parisian. The food was excellent, I had the Egg Molet with mushrooms and foie gras, as well as the crème brûlée, classics. The Kir Royal was too sweet for my taste, but the Sancerre was wonderful.

17/08/2024: Wonderful welcome. Good food but too expensive for the service. We are on prices of a 1 star restaurant but not yet at the level. Frozen macarons are average.

10/08/2024: Passing through Chartres for our return from vacation, all 4 of us really enjoyed our lunch break at "la Feuillantine" where everything was perfect. 5 stars highly justified!

03/09/2024: I recently dined at Au Pain d'Alouette restaurant, and it was a very good experience. The dishes were delicious, well prepared and flavorful. A big shout out to the waitress, who did an excellent job of being attentive and smiling throughout the meal. Overall, everything was okay and we had a nice time. If you are looking for a good restaurant with quality service, Au Pain d'Alouette is an address to recommend!
