02/05/2026: Very good price for a very tasty lunch 3 courses with amuse bouche and bread and special extra after dessert, 2 glasses of wine for 60 euros!! Well cooked good flavours and execution. Staff was friendly. My one minor comment was that there was only one staff member, he was great, but I would have liked the table cleaned more often with the crumbly food if possible and I wonder if the friendly waitor felt a bit rushed perhaps. But I cannot complain, he was professional and friendly. Would definitely be interesting in coming again to try the full dinner menu. Thank you!

05/05/2026: Le Bistro Yonnais, a must-visit in La Roche-sur-Yon, offers a diverse menu featuring seasonal and local products. Something to satisfy every appetite. For my part, I ordered a burger with an amazing sauce (the photo speaks for itself), homemade chocolate mousse served by the spoonful, and two scoops of ice cream with salted caramel sauce. In short, you leave happy after a delicious lunch in a refined setting.

I also really appreciated the thoughtful touch left in the room: a handwritten sticky note from the person who prepared it. In a world where everything is increasingly digital and impersonal, finding a handwritten note adds a truly human touch—simple yet sincere—that really makes a difference. A very positive experience that I wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

28/01/2026: We stopped at this restaurant on our way back from vacation. We received a very warm welcome. The food was excellent and the prices very reasonable. There's a large parking lot right across the street, even for very large vehicles. As an added bonus, our two cocker spaniels were welcome. We'll definitely be back.
