15/08/2026: We arrived last night after booking by phone. We hadn't realized the restaurant was completely non-smoking, including the outdoor terrace... It was only when we asked for an ashtray that we were informed, with the suggestion that we smoke practically in the parking lot. This isn't why we're giving this bad review, but because of the furious look the waitress gave us when we told her we wouldn't be staying. There were barely three tables occupied, and we weren't even offered a separate table. We were shocked by this knee-jerk reaction, which we didn't deserve! If this had been explained to us beforehand on the phone, we wouldn't have booked. It's a shame because the terrace is truly beautiful, with plants and plenty of shade. Too bad we missed our appointment 🤷🏼

07/08/2026: I was very drawn to this restaurant after seeing their social media posts. As a big fan of Southwestern French cuisine, especially duck dishes, and being from the Champagne region, it seemed like the perfect place to try it out! We booked a table for Saturday lunch. The access was incredible, the location magnificent, but the welcome was (very) average… typical Parisian service. It's a real shame when you advertise so much; you absolutely must know how to welcome guests! The recommendation from Champagne was a nice touch! The service was quick. However, there was no fig accompaniment for the foie gras (the onion confit isn't for everyone), and the fries were very poor compared to the quality of the meat! I asked for a sauce for the side dish (like Béarnaise), and they simply replied, "We don't have any, we only have the sauce from the main course." 😕 The meat was a strong point! The duck breast was very good, although I recommend ordering the double portion because it's quite filling, and the confit leg was delicious!

04/08/2026: In an old and charming Passage des Panorama, this has an old world vibe with very solid food and service. The duck is cooked to perfection with excellent flavor, and the service is quick and friendly.

01/05/2026: The waiter got angry because we (a large group) left five minutes later than agreed. Before that, he tried to chase us away, and everything was a bit rushed and disorganized. Moreover, this gentleman took our dessert orders anyway, and it took 30 minutes before we received them. Then this guy got angry, kicked open the kitchen door, threw a glass on the floor (in the kitchen, of course), threw a raclette machine around, and pulled a plate away so quickly that a fork scraped against someone's arm. Idk the food was tasty though 🥹🥹

28/06/2026: Excellent restaurant with local specialties. We dined there two nights in a row and thoroughly enjoyed it. The staff is friendly, the service is very good, and the food is excellent for a reasonable price. We were even offered a complimentary digestif on the second night. I highly recommend it.

18/07/2026: A superb evening spent with family to celebrate our son's 20th birthday. The cuisine was refined, inventive, and delicious, with impeccable service from two extremely friendly and attentive waitresses. We particularly appreciated the thoughtful touch of the candle on our son's dessert, which we hadn't specifically requested. This discreet but unexpected gesture delighted him immensely. We highly recommend this restaurant; you live up to your excellent reputation. It was a truly magical moment. Thank you to the entire team. We will definitely be back.

27/06/2026: What a truly wonderful meal, where every ingredient was perfectly balanced in flavor and every course was a masterpiece! And the service was impeccable… We were absolutely thrilled and can only say THANK YOU… For me, this was truly sophisticated cuisine that deserves many awards… Every jus and sauce was divine ♥️ The wine pairing was perfect, the Crémant d'Alsat was excellent… Personally, I found the wine list and pricing convincingly fair; champagne from €64 per bottle! (Unfortunately, I had to drive)… Bravo Le Karelian

23/07/2026: As always, the welcome and service were excellent, the food was good and plentiful, and there were never any problems—in short, almost perfect. Drawbacks: 1. The dinner menu is extremely limited in choice (it's €35 for the menu, after all) and lacks any flair (e.g., you don't come to Bofinger to eat eggs mayonnaise, especially at that price...). 2. During the busy period, there aren't enough servers to keep up with customers, offering water, bread, etc. (even though they're not exactly idle). 3. You end up eating at your neighbor's table because the tables are so close together; it's irritating unless you have very well-mannered neighbors... a little more space would be much appreciated!

26/04/2026: A really lovely restaurant! The food is excellent and the owner is very friendly. We especially loved the pork pluma and the walnut tart! We had a wonderful lunch on the terrace.
