We discovered this place and its team, and since then, it's been a must-visit every time we come. The food is a delight and regularly updated. 07/06/2026: A Breton restaurant in Paris that doesn't serve galettes/crêpes... too rare not to mention! We were craving a good galette, but we left after enjoying a tasting of andouille sausage, and andouillette sausage, along with a modern take on smoked eggplant, all washed down with excellent draft cider. Simply superb... I highly recommend it!

It represents the timeless and wonderful qualities of the Dordogne, which are so rare to find these days. The service was fresh and friendly, the food was perfect, and the atmosphere was right in the heart of Corgnac. Thank you so much, we had a wonderful time! 🍾🥂

17/07/2026: Tasty food, generally quick service, pleasant dining on the terrace. Starters a little small, main courses good size and tasty, and the dessert perfect.

09/07/2026: We had a fantastic dinner at this lovely wine bar/shop and restaurant. The food was outstanding and excellent value. Really inventive dishes (e.g. strawberry and tomato gazpacho for dessert with basil ice cream) that were perfectly made. It was during a heatwave and there was air conditioning inside but we chose to sit out in the lovely square. The service was fantastic, so kind and friendly. I am coeliac and there were naturally gluten free mains and desserts in the menu and the staff understood my allergy and double checked details with the kitchen which was very reassuring. Would highly recommend for an excellent dinner in Troyes.

02/08/2026: A surprising discovery, located in the heart of a hotel, recommended by a friend from Reims. A bistro-style restaurant with seafood dishes. Special mention goes to the tiramisu made with Reims pink biscuit! The food is excellent, and the service is equally so. The vegetarian dishes, although relatively few in number (one main course and a few appetizers), are truly high quality and every bit as good as the meat dishes. The service is warm without being intrusive. In my opinion, it's advisable to make a reservation, as the restaurant can get very popular.

19/07/2026: What can I say except: a fantastic time, welcoming and genuinely friendly staff, an excellent menu with exceptional value for money—the slice of foie gras alone would cost as much as the entire menu in other establishments. High marks also for the regional cheese specialty, and what can I say about the homemade desserts? Don't hesitate, and to work up an appetite, you can hike up from Cadenac la Gare for a pleasant little climb 😊

14/07/2026: A quaint place, great prices, and very friendly owners. Highly recommended, especially because it's convenient to the tourist office and the famous Roman fountain (known as the Englishman's Fountain).

22/07/2026: We had menu du jour on a Monday. What a great experience! The team were friendly and attentive. The food was innovative and top quality. The setting is very pretty also. Please do visit - you will be surprised how good this place is!!

27/05/2026: I had a wonderful time at L’Instant Mont Le Viaur with my colleague. The setting is superb, calm, and relaxing. From the moment we arrived, we received a very warm welcome, with great kindness and professionalism. The rooms were spotless, comfortable, and tastefully decorated. You can tell that everything is designed to make guests feel at home. The restaurant was also a delightful discovery: excellent, generous dishes prepared with high-quality ingredients. Everything was truly delicious from start to finish. The breakfast was also plentiful and very enjoyable. I recommend this establishment without hesitation and will gladly return.

10/07/2026: This is one of the most memorable and special dining experiences my family has ever had. We inquired about a family reunion dinner, and asked if we could bring a baby with us (fully expecting them to say no). Not only did they accommodate us in a special room to not disturb the other guests, but they created a special little dining experience for the baby. SO above and beyond anything we were expecting. The food was also fantastic and the service amazing. If you had one night in Strasbourg, I'd recommend this spot. Thanks Croc team!
