14/09/2026: We stumbled upon this charming little restaurant by chance, and the many positive reviews convinced us to reserve a table at Tante Liesel. We weren't disappointed. The atmosphere is incredibly cozy, like a traditional living room. The service was very friendly, and the other guests' demeanor showed that the owners put their heart and soul into their work. The food was delicious. We started with onion tart, followed by a small portion of Käsespätzle (cheese spaetzle) and the Eisbein (pork knuckle) with beer sauce and fried potatoes. Since this combination didn't include sauerkraut, we ordered it separately—an absolute must! The white wine was perfectly chilled and tasted wonderful, and the digestif afterward was also excellent. The price-performance ratio is absolutely fair. All in all, we highly recommend this restaurant and will definitely return on our next visit to Strasbourg.

11/09/2026: A truly wonderful, cozy French restaurant with a pleasant atmosphere and a concise menu. The service was incredibly friendly and attentive, and the food was delicious. The (matjes) herring salad with vegetables was amazing! The salmon fillet with shrimp sauce was also superb. And as a special treat, they even served a "brioche perdu" (a type of sweet pastry). The crêpes and galettes are delicious, enhanced with well-chosen ingredients and condiments (pickled red onions, for example) and delightful homemade touches (I highly recommend the lemon curd). The service, both inside and on the terrace, is efficient and very friendly.

19/09/2026: Raclette is only available at indoor seating. Since we were walk-ins and the indoor area was full, we sat on the terrace and ordered dishes such as Savoie fondue, onion soup, and potato gratin. The portions are huge. The fondue was delicious the first bite, but Koreans might crave kimchi as they eat, so I recommend ordering a salad or pickles to go with it. The server was friendly, and the atmosphere of the restaurant was nice. The price for three dishes and one drink was around 55 euros.
