04/01/2026: The price-quality ratio is excellent, but even better is the service from our waiter, Liton. Probably the best service I've received so far in Europe. I wish there were more people like him. Excellent!

22/02/2026: The fondue was by far the best I've ever had. The raclette with Morbier cheese was also great. A huge selection of all kinds of cheeses. The service was pleasant, however, the dining room is very noisy because it's poorly soundproofed.

A minor drawback is the side dishes, particularly the charcuterie, which is very basic and rather bland. Another negative point: the table didn't match the intimate and discreet space promised before booking.

21/02/2026: A must-try!! Very large truck parking lot in front of the restaurant and car parking next to the restaurant. A warm and inviting place, a fragrant aroma of homemade dishes wafts out as soon as you enter 😋 and a friendly welcome. Very clean restrooms. (I didn't shower, but hygiene doesn't worry me in this establishment.) Very affordable prices. I walked past the kitchen this morning on my way to wash my hands; the doors were open, everything was spotless. Friendly atmosphere combined with high quality at an affordable price: I'll definitely stop by again as soon as I'm back in the area! A fantastic find.

26/11/2025: A welcoming place with various works by local artists on display. The food is excellent, the service is fast, and the staff is friendly. Excellent pizza, absolutely worth trying are the Niçoise ravioli, and their homemade French dessert made with lemon, meringue, and Breton biscuits: VERRINE CITRON MERINGUE! I'll be dreaming about it tonight!!! The prices are fair for the quality and quantity offered, and they don't charge for pitcher water or a cover charge!

15/01/2026: Excellent experience at Hoto. Passing through Mulhouse, I was looking for a quick bite. I definitely don't regret going to Hoto. Very friendly welcome, a wide selection of dishes, and excellent food. I'll be back on my next trip to Mulhouse.

The food and drinks are excellent, including their own traditional hot chocolate and a truly impressive wine selection. This is a place for connoisseurs. The cuisine is French with a strong regional influence.

30/11/2025: Having loved this crêperie for years, I was deeply disappointed by my last visit. I discovered live maggots in my dish… and instead of apologizing or offering a discount, the waitress/manager made a sarcastic remark, asking if I had ever eaten “creepy crawlies” in Thailand. I even got the impression that the presence of maggots in the dish didn't bother them at all, as if it were perfectly normal. I remained discreet and polite throughout the incident, but it was the owners who lost their temper when it came time to pay. Her husband, clearly furious, came over and insulted me in front of the other customers and told me to “get out” of his restaurant. A shocking, disrespectful, and completely unacceptable experience in an establishment I used to enjoy so much.

09/11/2025: A crêperie nestled in the heart of Le Mans. The savory buckwheat crêpes (galettes) vary in their filling, some being quite disappointing. The sweet crêpes (crêpes) have inconsistent flavors. Service is quick, but the smell of bleach is very unpleasant on several occasions. The open area near the dishwashing area is noisy, and there's also the smell of hot dishes. It's a shame: it spoils the nice concept of making crêpes in front of the customers.
