07/12/2025: When we're in Angers, we love ending our evening at this pub. The staff is very friendly. The atmosphere is welcoming; we love it. We always leave with regret. But as they say, "To return, you have to leave." Thank you for your hospitality.

16/02/2026: For Valentine's Day, we were supposed to be there at 8 pm. The wind was blowing and it was very cold. We finally got inside at 9 pm. We waited an hour. The service was very slow. But the waiters were very kind. The meal, at €110 per person, was good but not enough, and the drinks were very limited! Very disappointed for the price; €220 is outrageous. Sorry, but I had to say it. No boat trip because of the mistral wind, no romance. Frankly, I expected something else!

07/03/2026: A lovely discovery in the heart of Toulon. A small, intimate, and cozy restaurant. A very warm welcome. We felt right at home. Delicious dishes, and hardly any wait. The sharing platter for six offered an exotic experience, especially with the cocktails. We thoroughly enjoyed our meal and will definitely be back 😉 The waiter was very pleasant and smiling from beginning to end. Rum was offered as a digestif for six. Thank you for this wonderful experience 🙂😊

27/02/2026: Brasserie Balthazar is a truly welcoming place, reminiscent of Parisian brasseries. The decor is magnificent, and we received a very warm welcome from the owners. The meal was excellent; the ribeye steak and calf's head were both delicious. We highly recommend this establishment, where quality is guaranteed. A must-visit in Perpignan for lovers of fine food.

17/02/2026: We couldn't recommend this place higher. We decided to go here after our Louvre visit and we were starving. We had coq-au-vin and the steak but the main highlight were the mashed potatoes that came with the steak. They were easily the best we had during our stay in Paris. Extra points go the staff which were friendly, attentive and funny.

08/02/2026: A budget-friendly home-style restaurant next to the Louvre recommended by our guide. I had my first ratatouille and snails in France, and they were delicious. The lamb was so tender it melted in your mouth. I don't think anyone would dislike any of the three dishes. I'm very satisfied.👍👍👍👍👍

I savored a perfectly crispy and generously filled buckwheat galette, accompanied by service that was as friendly as it was efficient. The atmosphere is cozy and authentic; this is a must-visit in Les Herbiers, and be sure to book in advance.

06/03/2026: A huge disappointment for us. We were seated in the conservatory next to a table of 12 very noisy English people, and unfortunately, the food wasn't up to the price either. The rib-eye steak was disappointing, and the ravioli were overcooked, too greasy, and drowning in a heavy sauce. The champagne was on par with a low-end sparkling wine. Only the two charming and understanding waiters took photos of our dishes to show the owner. There were five of us, including a child whose grenadine syrup was charged extra on top of the children's menu. We had an excellent meal last year; what happened in the last year?
