10/07/2026: Great setting Beautiful decor Friendly service Regarding the meal, there's a good selection. However, I was disappointed with my plate. Very little salad, and the meat was grilled but not cooked medium. There was no mayonnaise to eat with the fries, but they were delicious. For dessert, the menu is extensive and there's plenty of choice. The gourmet coffee was delicious. The price is reasonable for the quality.

17/06/2026: A cracking traditional French bistro in Coulommiers. The service was exceptional, and the restaurant is run by a friendly father-and-son duo who made us feel very welcome. The menu is small but focused, featuring French classics that are all made in-house. I had the steak tartare, which was absolutely delicious. We had a couple of lovely wines and the overall meal represented fantastic value for money. If you're in the area, I'd highly recommend stopping by

The cuisine is simple yet expertly prepared. You can feel their passion for their craft, and it makes all the difference. Exceptional value for money. I highly recommend it and I'll definitely be back!

07/08/2026: This was my first time eating at Le Rempart. The restaurant is clean and the staff is friendly. However, I found the service a bit slow: we waited about 20 minutes just to be served our aperitifs, while people who arrived after us were served much sooner. The meal was good, but I don't think the value for money is exceptional. It's also a shame that the staff weren't always smiling; that would have made the experience more pleasant.

07/08/2026: While on holiday in Tonnerre, we ate at several restaurants in and around the town, and we went to Le Saint Père the day before our departure. It's by far the best restaurant in the area, both for the excellent food and the warm welcome. From the appetizers to the dessert, not to mention the infused rums, everything is a delight. I recommend it 1000%.

24/07/2026: Parisian food didn't really suit my taste, so I hadn't been able to eat much during my 10-day trip. However, I thought that since I was in Paris, I should at least try ratatouille before leaving, so I hurriedly searched for a nearby restaurant and ended up here. Honestly, I didn't have high expectations, and I was worried because it was past lunchtime. However, it seemed like they didn't have a separate break time, and the staff were all incredibly kind! They asked where I wanted to sit and let me sit wherever I pleased, and the service was fast! I cautiously asked about paying with cash, but they cheerfully replied that it wasn't a problem, which put me in a good mood even before the food arrived. The food suited my taste perfectly and was so delicious that I scraped every last bit off the plate. The cream ravioli was the best, in particular. We ordered ravioli, lasagna, and ratatouille, and they tasted fantastic with the baguette bread. Since it was our last meal, I wanted to eat something delicious, and thanks to you, I was honored to leave a happy memory of my trip to Paris! I don't know when I'll be able to come back to Paris, but I hope this place is still here when I do return!!

07/08/2026: While on vacation in the area, we discovered this restaurant, which doesn't look like much from the outside, but the inside is a completely different story. The dishes were delicious, tastefully presented, and the service was excellent. The waiter was attentive and very pleasant. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone who appreciates good food. We had a wonderful time.

10/07/2026: Terrible organization at this restaurant. We arrived at 21:23 on Friday and were told they were closed, even though Google Maps lists them as open until 23:00. The server explained that customers already eating could stay until 23:00, but they stop taking new orders at 21:23. They also admitted they don’t want to list 21:23 as the actual closing time because “no one would come” if they did. So their posted hours are basically a LIE. This shows no respect for customers who walked a long way to try their food, only to find out it was a complete waste of time.

19/06/2026: What a great find in the restaurant scene in Paris. An absolute gem. Small, super friendly owner/chef/waiter and the food was amazing. Had crab meat to start, so fresh, then rabbit and pigeon were delicious, highly recommend both. Finished with a beautiful fresh strawberry crumble ice cream. Highly recommended, don’t miss it 😋

24/07/2026: A must-visit! While passing through Vinsobres, we had the chance to stop by BISTROT 915. The staff is fantastic, and the owner is truly dedicated to his customers! It's not every day you find such excellent service... From food and wine pairing suggestions to dessert (a coffee scoop topped with a little BUMBU... a real treat). Thank you for everything. 31/07/2026: Passing through the area, we stumbled upon a spontaneous restaurant and were pleasantly surprised! The dishes were delicious, sophisticated... and affordable :) And the staff was wonderful! They exuded a great atmosphere, a warm welcome, and a generosity that delighted us!
