12/04/2026: A fantastic restaurant in the old town of Salon-de-Provence, not to be missed. All the dishes and desserts are homemade with fresh ingredients. There's something for everyone: beautiful, large salads, homemade burgers, chicken or prawn wok, or a combination of both fish and meat. The staff is very welcoming, friendly, and professional. Kudos to the chefs and pastry chefs! We enjoy a delicious meal every time.
11/04/2026: We went to L'Olivier to try their foie gras burger, it was delicious! The welcome was very pleasant; the person who looked after us was very friendly and attentive. Thank you!

05/04/2026: We made a short stop in Avranches, which allowed us to discover this little gem. The staff is very welcoming, the restaurant is warm and inviting, and the food is exceptional. We had the set menu, which was very good and very generous; I recommend coming hungry to eat there 😅.

On the plate, it looks like the salt shaker has been dropped into the dish.
You analyze the color of the food and realize you've never seen a pork tenderloin in such pink tones. You then understand that you've had shoulder instead of tenderloin.

This is the epitome of how you want to “dine” while in the south…if you are really lucky you will dine on an evening when Panna Cotta is available for dessert (My son Aidan’s favorite to die for)!

The owner, José, who is also the chef, is warm and welcoming, coming to greet guests. One of my favorite (and regular) restaurants for inviting visiting friends. I recommend booking for the weekend, otherwise, too bad for you!

The welcome is superb, the servers are attentive and very friendly!
The service is quick, the portions are generous (even the children's menus) and delicious.
In particular, the specialty, the ribeye steak: it's cooked to perfection.
The setting is very pleasant and the restaurant is clean.
The prices are reasonable.

Add to that a young and very efficient staff.

This year for dessert, the chocolate French toast with a scoop of ice cream was a real treat. Thank you.
