21/05/2026: What a pleasant meal. Old fashioned style. Friendly staff where the waiter is present when needed but otherwise discreetly manages the dinner. The food is simple in layout but tastes fantastic.

31/03/2026: The restaurant is very good, the food is excellent, it's true, but the manager is absolutely terrible (and it's not the first time he's disappointed us). With a bill of over €500 for four people, we were practically thrown out because the manager needed our table for a second seating (which he hadn't announced). Thanks to the waitresses/waitresses for their kindness; you must have experienced the same thing we did that evening, to the point of being told we hadn't received our jackets quickly enough. I left feeling disgusted; it's a shame.

09/06/2026: Surprisingly tasty burgers! I expected this to be a tourist trap like the rest of the city, but it was actually tasty! We had the provencale burger. It was a bit expensive but nothing outrageous. There’s also a bathroom without line, though it didn’t have a seat unfortunately.

26/05/2026: A very pleasant restaurant focused on seafood, naturally with its name, beautiful view of the port of Valras, impeccable welcome and service, classic dishes like mussels marinière but also more original and very good dishes, I advise you to follow the owner's advice, you will not be disappointed.

26/05/2026: It's a brasserie, not a fine-dining establishment, but you're guaranteed a good meal. My wife and I have been going there from time to time for over 15 years and have never been disappointed by the dishes on offer. If you want a whole fish, the Brasserie du Port offers sea bream or sea bass with a side dish that may change depending on the season. Since we've been going for quite some time, I can also suggest the plate of grilled cuttlefish and fried calamari. But the most important thing is that you can eat all this at a reasonable price—excellent value for money. I'll tell you a little about the atmosphere with a small anecdote. Fifteen years ago, when we came to Valras for our holidays, and not being from the coast, we tried the Brasserie du Port. My wife ordered the skate wing without really knowing how to eat it, and the owner came over, completely relaxed, as if we'd known him for years, and showed us how to do it with a spoon (thank you, sir). Throughout all this time, the chef has been creating new dishes that continue to delight us. My only complaint is that the owners are at an age where they've given so much to satisfying their customers that they want to sell the business, and that saddens us because we can't be sure we'll find all the same quality again. 07/05/2026: Passing through this village at lunchtime, we spotted this little restaurant and stopped in, managing to eat without a reservation! No regrets, as the menu was homemade and offered great value for money!! We discovered a lovely local wine from the Roaix winery 👍 so a good excuse to stop and enjoy a tasting 😋

15/06/2026: We visited this amazing restaurant last night to celebrate our 12th Anniversary. From the minute you are greeted at the door until you decide to end the evening, Natalie and the chef (her husband) take wonderful care. The furnishings and establishment are relaxing from the moment you enter and the food is decadent. I’d highly recommend and worth the visit. Be sure to make reservations well in advance as they do not accept walk-ins as there are only 5-6 tables. We will be back again!

15/06/2026: We were disappointed by this restaurant. While the room was pleasant and the server was too, the service and the pacing was very, very slow. After about 3 hours, we had our dessert. There was only one server for all of the tables (the restaurant was full). It was actually boring and painful. The next thing we didn’t like was that there was no à la carte menu (which we did not realize when we looked at the website). We had to have two 3-course menus. It was too much food for Audre and we asked to take course after course home after she tasted each dish. They had no containers and put 2 courses of fish in a jar together. There were 4 amuse bouche. The first 3 were undistinguished: a beet raviolo, a tasty tarte of the cheek of St Pierre and a fish ball pate with bottarga/poutargue on top (that had no taste). The 4th amuse was a lobster bisque that was good. Our entrée was small pieces rouget of top of peas. It wasn’t bad. Our plat was a fillet of Saint Pierre with baby artichokes and a jus d’arêtes. It was good enough. We had one of each dessert: the baba and the clafouti, with cherries in a buttermilk soup on the side. Both were good enough. We spent 170€ and left unhappy.

10/05/2026: It was great! We ordered three appetizers to share; the croquettes were delicious and the tonkatsu pork was just perfect! For our main courses, we had two octopus dishes and a chicken with bacon and cheddar. Everything was amazing! We'll definitely be back next time we're in Cassis! You can go there without hesitation! Special mention to the waitress who was lovely and to the chef who truly knows his ingredients!
