19/09/2026: Excellent buffet, with a wide variety of high-quality appetizers and desserts. The butternut squash and hazelnut crème brûlée was exceptional and delicious as both a starter and a dessert. The service was very pleasant and professional.

26/08/2026: We made a reservation by phone, but upon arrival, we were unpleasantly surprised to find the establishment closed and unreachable by phone. This evening was booked for a birthday celebration; thanks for the disappointment. I do not recommend this establishment due to its lack of professionalism.

15/09/2026: So, the restaurant Le Pieux isn't particularly impressive from the outside. But I ate a scorpionfish prepared by the chef. It was delicious; I think it's the first time I've ever eaten fish like that. The ice cream had exotic fruits. I enjoyed that too. The owners, who are of Chinese descent, make excellent French cuisine. I absolutely recommend it. For me, it was a pleasure. If I have the opportunity to return to Les Etemps, I'll definitely eat there again. I highly recommend it.

22/08/2026: On August 3rd, I booked a table at this restaurant for August 21st, for six people. That same day, I received two emails confirming my reservation. On August 20th, I received another email asking me to confirm my reservation, which I did, of course. On August 21st, around 3 p.m., I received yet another email confirming that everything was in order. At 7 p.m. sharp, we arrived at the restaurant and, to our great surprise, found it closed! What a disappointment… Finding another restaurant for six people at the last minute is really not easy. And as if that weren't enough, to top it all off, on August 22nd, I received an email asking me how our evening went the previous night! That's really too much. It's simply outrageous. I've never experienced anything like this. Therefore, I can only leave a very bad review for this restaurant. I'm curious to see their reaction.

11/06/2026: Well deserved 2 michelin star restaurant with cozy and limited rooms. Small hot cold plunge pool spa. But the prix fix chefs selection dinner is the absolute highlight. With ingredients farmed on site everything is fresh , organic and delicious. It's literally a voyage of the senses. Highly reccomend.

16/09/2026: La Table de Florensac! It's impossible for us to visit the region without stopping by to enjoy some wonderful moments, whether for lunch or dinner. A true gem to discover without hesitation! From appetizer to dessert, everything is executed with remarkable precision and bold flavor combinations. Just yesterday, I ate rabbit saddle stuffed with fresh goat cheese from the Peyral farm, roasted with smoked bacon... what a feat of preparation behind these delicious morsels! These saddles are just a small sample of everything you can enjoy there, both visually and gastronomically. The welcome is incredibly warm, and you can taste the love for a job well done in every dish. A must-try restaurant in the region.

21/08/2026: What a wonderful discovery! Just steps from the town center and its tourist-packed restaurants, we stumbled upon a family-run crêperie where time seemed to stand still. The welcome was warm and friendly, and we enjoyed delicious traditional Breton crêpes with buttermilk. An authentic crêperie that we'll remember fondly.

16/08/2026: I've rarely eaten such good crêpes. The place is simple and authentic, without the pretension you find elsewhere. The people who run this crêperie know their craft. Prices are very reasonable.

Isabelle, the owner and chef, personally prepares all her dishes using carefully selected ingredients sourced directly from producers chosen for their quality. And it truly shows in the food. Everything is absolutely delicious, refined, and bursting with flavor. The vegetarian dishes are divine, the homemade foie gras is to die for, and a special mention goes to the champagne sorbet… simply marvelous! You can feel the immense passion and dedication behind every dish. A rare find, the kind we wish we could discover more often. I'll be back in a heartbeat.
