21/02/2026: Eggs mayonnaise, skate wing, and floating island. Absolutely nothing to complain about, excellent, generous portion, pleasant service, cozy atmosphere. 5 stars and more if I could. I highly recommend this restaurant.

05/01/2026: The food is excellent, but the portions are very small, which is a shame. The same goes for the wine glasses. Ours were definitely less than 12cl. How can you expect to build customer loyalty with a business like that? The service is adequate, but not up to the standard of the food. They ask us how we did without even looking at us—that says it all about their attention! 😅 In short, remember, food isn't everything!

20/03/2026: We arrived today at 1:10 PM, not even a greeting. We asked if it was possible to order a table for two, and the response was, "Yes, but you'll have to be quick, I have to leave by 2:30 PM." In that case, I think it's possible to phrase it differently: we come to a restaurant to have a good time, not to be subjected to anything unpleasant. The waitress was not at all friendly, which is a shame because the setting is lovely and we usually go there occasionally in the summer.

Impressive collection of European cars, especially from before 1950, includes a large number of Bugatti and other classic luxury brands. Examples of little-known brands, especially French. Audiovisuals, Formula 1 cars, Le Mans, Rally... Impressive

The service was attentive, quick, and always responsive, which makes all the difference. The dishes were of exceptional quality: fresh, local ingredients and perfectly balanced flavors. Every bite was a true delight! You can taste the passion and expertise in the kitchen. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, ideal for spending a wonderful time with family or friends. I highly recommend this establishment. We will definitely be back!

14/03/2026: Best restaurant in Orthez What I appreciate is that the menu is constantly changing. The dishes are always original and sophisticated. The dining room is pleasant and the service is friendly. The hardest part is when you find a dish or dessert that's absolutely divine, only to discover it's no longer on the menu the next time. Fortunately, there are always other great things to discover on the regular menu.

13/03/2026: Arriving at noon, lunchtime, we had drinks inside because the outside was booked. We were having a good time, but when we were almost finished, the owner, whose profile I'd been directed to, came to our table to ask us to free it up for other customers who wanted to eat. He didn't even ask if we wanted to continue drinking or eating. How sad! He just wanted to make some cash for lunch. It's not normal; a lack of professionalism and diplomacy. I won't be back, that's for sure. He's a jerk, period.

06/10/2025: This is the second time we've been here, and it's always a culinary delight. With a magnificent view. Their specialty, lobster, is really good.
