20/05/2026: We had an absolutely incredible dining experience at Le Pressoir d’Argent! We chose the 5-course tasting menu, and from the moment we arrived, the team made us feel exceptionally well looked after. I am pregnant, and the level of care and attention they showed was truly outstanding. Nothing was too much trouble — every dish containing raw ingredients was thoughtfully adapted or replaced without hesitation, allowing me to fully enjoy the experience without any concern. The service struck the perfect balance between professionalism and warmth. The team was not only attentive and highly knowledgeable, but also genuinely funny, kind, and incredibly understanding, which made the whole evening feel relaxed and special. The food itself was simply sublime — beautifully presented, creative, and absolutely delicious from start to finish. It was a truly wonderful and memorable evening for my partner's birthday, and one we will not forget. A very special Michelin-star dining experience that we would wholeheartedly recommend.

As for the meal, everything was excellent, with ample portions, beautifully presented dishes, and above all, the meat was high quality and very tender. The price reflects the quality of the service. 31/05/2026: A wonderful discovery for a dinner featuring Alsatian specialties. We thoroughly enjoyed the traditional dishes, especially the fried carp, asparagus, and local organic ham. We were even offered a small asparagus cream as a tasting, a very thoughtful touch. It's also a great place for those who are gluten-free: there's a good selection, and they even offer gluten-free bread, which is rare and much appreciated. The service is attentive, the value for money is excellent, and overall, it makes you want to make a detour. A place to remember!

17/05/2026: Excellent little local restaurant. The value for money is outrageous (€22 for the three-course market menu is ridiculously cheap for a Saturday night). Perfect sauces, seasonal vegetables, and perfectly prepared. The cheese platter is also perfect, with well-selected cheeses served at the right temperature. Truly everything was excellent, except for the half-hour wait between the starter and the main course. We'll be back, and frankly, it should be more expensive.

13/05/2026: Excellent restaurant, superb dishes with incredible flavors. One star less because on that day we were seated at two large tables of several people plus one nearby table of four. The service was a bit slow for us. However, they were very efficient with the children, who were served quickly. The owner deserves a lot of credit nonetheless, as running a business is no easy feat.

12/06/2026: Excellent restaurant. Impeccable service. The restaurant next door was a bit noisy; they were celebrating a birthday. Menu: Pork rib with barbecue sauce and new potatoes Dessert: Speculoos tiramisu for 25 euros.

10/06/2026: A good Parisian restaurant with homemade cuisine and fresh ingredients. The welcome is adequate, but the service is somewhat reserved: you get the feeling you shouldn't bother the waitress too much. The wait between courses is a bit long, and the prices are rather high. As for the food, it's a real success: special mention for the quail cordon bleu, excellent, as well as the risotto and octopus, equally well done. To finish the meal, the French toast was excellent, and the scoop of ice cream lightened things up nicely. Overall, a decent experience, despite a few areas for improvement.

16/04/2026: Plenty of sweet and savory options (various sandwiches and salads, pizzas, quiches)...hot drinks made to order...bread, pastries...the parking rotation system is well thought out because there's a lot of traffic...near Lake Soues and at a good crossroads when heading towards Bagnères/Aquensis, and perfect for a quick bite, as they serve fast...I recommend this bakery
