12/09/2024: Nice Parisian atmosphere in this bar/bistro. Saying that most of the guests spoke English. The menu changes up to three times a week. It is a set menu. In our case it was a starter of Vichyssoise, a main of braised beef cheeks, followed by a cheese plate, finishing with raspberry panna cotta.. The Vichyssoise reached us lukewarm - once replaced with something hot, it was actually quite nice. The braised beef cheek portion was very generous. The beef was braised with patatos and vegetables added. It was nice, though it could have done with a bit of acidity or spice to lift it. It was a bit flat. The cheese and chutney were lovely. The panna cotta was nice but could have done with more raspberry coulis. The owner has a large wine cellar and chose a superb bottle of wine to accompany the meal. Weirdly, there is a € 7 corkage charge for wine you buy by the bottle. All in all, the food is freshly cooked local fare, the atmosphere is good, there is a large selection of wine to choose from. I would go and try it again.

08/09/2024: Great surprise! Recommended on Trip Advisor. No ala carte menu. Served the market menu which consisted of a lovely potato and leek soup, a beef cheek stew, a blue cheese with fig, and a pannacotta with figs. Absolutely delicious. The host recommended a lovely red wine. Beautiful atmosphere, lively & full of character. Wonderful service. A must for anyone visiting Paris.

03/09/2024: Nous avons super bien mangé dans ce restaurant. Le cadre, les plats, le service …tout était parfait pour fêter un événement. Le seule point négatif : les moustiques en terrasse mais la responsable nous a proposé un spray anti-moustiques ! Merci pour cette petite attention 🙂

23/09/2024: By far the best mussels I have eaten. Usually, in the restaurants in which I ate them, the mussels were overcooked, rubbery, there were mussels a la minute. A treat! The waitress is very pleasant and smiling.

15/09/2024: Lunch in this restaurant on a Monday lunchtime as we were passing through the area. Quick and pleasant welcome. We love the fireplace kitchen. The interior has character. You have to like the old one but it's well decorated. We had a burger and andouillette. It was very good. Too bad the fries are not homemade (I often repeat myself on this aspect in my reviews but I love homemade fries). Otherwise everything was very good. Very good value for money. Very nice chef

09/09/2024: The decor of this place is just incredible, stone walls, wrought iron chandeliers and a fireplace where your food is prepared with perfect mastery! Recommendation ? Go there, you will enjoy it.

21/09/2024: The best restaurant in the area to savor the specialties! The bouillabaisse is to die for!! For a much more reasonable price than other restaurants. The servers are really very nice. We had a blast!

The service was very friendly, in particular the waiter's impressive fillet haul... it's worth seeing The products are quality and the price seemed fair to us compared to other cards Plus we leave with the leftovers and serve ourselves again at home.. Suite à un problème de livraison pour le pain, nous avions du pain très sec, on en avons fait part au Patron sa réponse "en France vous ne payez pas le pain" ma réponse "c est compris dans le prix" La rouelle pas assez chaude et peu copieuse A éviter LES LANDAIS

26/09/2024: Excellent address! An adorable little inn, very pretty and tastefully decorated. My room is very functional, very clean and very pleasant. Everything is designed to welcome guests as best as possible: tea and coffee available in the room, bottles of water and small sweets on the bed. The staff is smiling, friendly and very attentive. A special mention for the boss, absolutely charming! I ate the best pesto gnocchi of my life there, the chef is an ace. The table is excellent. Finally, the hostel is ideally located, very close to the seaside. In short, a little candy box at La Garde and a very good address, to keep and share!

02/09/2024: Magical restaurant, rustic inside on 2 floors, nice to sit outside on the little-used Grand'ru. Small map with the Alsatian classics. Starter, a dozen snails with herb butter, tasted very good. Alsatian burger in a pretzel bun with sesame, mustard sauce, fried potatoes and a small salad, the meat patty is a bit dry. The pork knuckle with Munster cheese, spaetzle and salad, very tender and juicy but the rind was not crispy. Dessert: Meringue with cream, vanilla ice cream and raspberry sorbet, quite down-to-earth. But - a visit is worth it.

21/09/2024: Nous avons un peu trop attendu pour venir car le restaurant est ouvert depuis un an ! Toufik le cuistot est hyper sympathique et cuisine aussi bien que sa gentillesse ! On a pris un coucous boulettes kefta : hyper bon ! Tout le mien au mouton ! Le gâteau maison est top également. Une jolie découverte
