25/01/2026: We ate at Le Sauloch for the first time this past Saturday evening and we'll definitely be back! We were served quickly by two very friendly waiters, and the food was delicious and beautifully presented!
The setting is lovely, all wood with a large fireplace in the center, and the decor is very tasteful!
There's an outdoor terrace where it must be lovely to eat in the summer.

17/02/2026: A discreet crêperie, close to the town hall, where you are warmly welcomed and where the galettes (which you can compose yourself or choose from an enticing list) and the crêpes are truly delicious.
17/02/2026: A charming crêperie; we were drawn in by the delicious aromas. The owner gave us a wonderful welcome, and the excellent cook delighted our taste buds with delicious homemade treats, including caramel. Don't hesitate to go in; you won't be disappointed! 😋

25/02/2026: This restaurant truly deserves 5 stars. We made a last-minute reservation for Valentine's Day and were lucky because there had been a cancellation. The initial phone reception was perfect, followed by the welcome, the meal, and the overall organization. This was our first visit, and we will gladly return and recommend it to others as it's well worth the trip.

20/02/2026: A truly wonderful restaurant! We enjoyed the very affordable weekday lunch menu (amuse-bouche, starter, main course, dessert, and a little something extra brought by the young chef himself) for €32.
Everything was perfect: refined dishes and beautifully presented plates. Bravo!
We can't wait to return when the weather is warmer to enjoy the terrace. Remember to book.

This place, nestled in the heart of a magnificent valley, is magical and perfect for relaxation.
The staff is incredibly attentive, the property is well-maintained, and the food is excellent. A true delight; we can't wait to go back!
31/10/2025: I just spent four days and three nights there. It's very pretty, beautifully decorated, and very well located. Numerous hikes are accessible even without a car. The dormitory is clean, comfortable, and well-appointed. The staff is attentive, accommodating, and very kind. Special mention to Aurélie for the service and the friendly conversations :-)
I highly recommend it!
A real pleasure to stay in the Queyras region with you.
