24/03/2026: The wait was interminable, which wouldn't be a problem if the staff were pleasant and smiling, which wasn't the case today. There were only two waitresses for a half-empty restaurant, except for one large table of ten, and it was complete chaos with service bordering on rudeness... thankfully the food redeemed the experience. I do not recommend this establishment and I will not be returning.

17/04/2026: The gravlax was very good, the octopus rougail sausage... three bits of tentacle, a small sausage, a stick of fried potato... the octopus was rather bland... a mini crème brûlée with three strawberries cut in half, scattered bits of biscuit... meh... €112... we won't be back... we saw the daily specials on the chalkboard as we were leaving... the waitress ignored them... 😏😒🙄

04/05/2026: A unique place! A step back in time. It's a fantastic historical site, a testament to a bygone era that invites you to escape. You can't help but try to imagine the atmosphere of the travelers who came to rest and dine in these buildings. The cuisine is refined, precise, and perfectly executed. The service is impeccable. A truly wonderful experience.

12/04/2026: Arriving in Lagrasse somewhat by chance on Saturday, April 11th, we stumbled upon La Petite Maison à la Ville—and what a delightful surprise! Probably one of our best discoveries in the region, both for the warm welcome and the delicious food. The place exudes conviviality: whether for coffee, lunch, dinner, or simply a drink, you immediately feel at ease. David, the owner, and the regulars welcome you as if you were part of the family, with smiles and good cheer. We had lunch there before visiting the charming village and the abbey, located right next door. A truly wonderful experience, simple, authentic, and full of kindness—the kind of place we are happy to recommend and where we want to return.

24/04/2026: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ D’un Goût à l’Autre — A Hidden Gem in Nyons My wife and I had one of those rare evenings where everything simply clicks — and it happened here. We started by sharing an asparagus salad — fresh, inventive, and delicious in a way that felt completely unique. My wife then chose the dorado with vegetables, cooked to absolute perfection and presented on a stunning blue ceramic plate that seemed to mirror the sea itself. I had the veal fillet, equally flawless in execution, served on a plate in warm earthy tones that felt as considered as the dish. The grand finale? A rhubarb ice cream that was simply out of this world. The atmosphere is warm and intimate, and the welcome genuine. When we told the chef how extraordinary his food was — my wife even mentioned he deserved a Michelin star — his response said everything: he cooks for people, not stars, because he wants everyone to be able to afford it. And indeed, the pricing is remarkably fair for cuisine at this level. Reservation is strongly recommended — tables go fast, and rightly so. We will absolutely be back.

30/03/2026: What an incredible place! We went there with a couple of friends for a weekend to discover Nyons and its attractions! We had dinner there as soon as we arrived... An exquisite evening, a wonderful culinary experience. Chef Christophe—an atypical and endearing character, with a great sense of humor—was simultaneously in the kitchen, serving, and welcoming guests, taking excellent care of them. The freshness of his ingredients is evident, and the blend of flavors is a delightful surprise, not to mention the visual appeal of his dishes and their presentation. In short, I can only sing the praises of this establishment! Go there with complete confidence; you will be charmed!

02/05/2026: The Explorer Menu was extremely interesting and intriguing. A multitude of flavors and new taste experiences in a beautiful setting. A truly wonderful experience: we thoroughly enjoyed this five-course meal, letting ourselves be guided wherever the Chef wanted to take us. The fourth course was a bit of a disappointment, but the generously doubled dessert was a deluge of flavors. Be warned, though, the bill adds up quickly 😇

03/04/2026: A fantastic find at Mellisce in Itteville! The food is truly delicious and you can tell it's homemade. Even though I'm not a big pizza fan, I loved theirs: the crust was excellent, the toppings generous, and they were bursting with flavor. Plus, the prices aren't too high, which is a bonus. I highly recommend it and I'll definitely be back!
