29/03/2026: Very disappointed. I've never had any problems before. They made two mistakes with the dishes despite informing us. We were served a bottle of water without a glass, then told they were out of glasses. A waitress passed a dessert over the back seat of the sofa – very poor service. Another waitress picked her teeth with a toothpick in front of the counter, making very loud and unpleasant mouth noises, before going to serve customers. It's a real shame; a lack of professionalism and class. The restaurant's image is important, and that's precisely what the servers are there for.

21/04/2026: As part of a meal purchased through a Wonderbox gift voucher, we were welcomed at the Auberge du Pélican. Contrary to what the initial presentation of the voucher suggested (a set menu with starter, main course, and dessert), we were offered a choice of dishes, some with an additional charge (indicated by an asterisk), as well as a list of pre-defined desserts. Drinks were, of course, extra. That being said, the dishes and desserts offered were of good quality, well-prepared, and enjoyable. The service was provided with diligence and professionalism. Note: the restrooms are unisex. During our visit, the arrival of a group temporarily made access slightly more difficult, but this was not a problem. Paying for the meal required a short wait, as the server was the only one handling the specific billing related to the vouchers. In summary: a good overall experience, with quality cuisine and serious service, despite the operation of the box menus which could be clarified beforehand to avoid any confusion.

25/02/2026: I went to get some tea and the teapot wasn't leakproof. I asked for a replacement, but the second time it was the same thing—I even got a piece of clothing wet! Despite this, the waitress was very cold and unfriendly, looking down on me as if it were my fault. I won't be going back. The prices are far too high for the quality of service!

18/03/2026: The welcome was simple but efficient, and the menus suited us perfectly. The starters and main courses were of good quality, and the plates were beautifully presented. The only slight drawback was the desserts, which were less inspired. Very good wines by the glass. The service could be more personalized. The dining room is simply decorated. We recommend this restaurant in Briançon.

All of our food was incredible, the service was absolutely fantastic (some of the kindest waiters from our full time in Paris), and the general atmosphere and vibes were amazing. Definitely recommend !

15/03/2026: Overall, and objectively speaking, we had a moderately good meal... except for the dessert, which was excellent. We shared our feedback with the owner who, far from being offended, explored our motivations with the aim of improving. So, being attentive, she offered us dessert on the house. Therefore, I gave it 4 stars for the owner's commitment to improvement. We will be back.

15/05/2026: I rarely leave negative reviews, but honestly, just avoid this place... The main courses were served immediately after the aperitif. The fish arrived lukewarm with warmed-up new potatoes. Our plates were taken to be reheated, which was fine so far. The manager brought them back, claiming he had checked the temperature of the dish and that it was perfect. We immediately saw his bad faith; he became angry instantly, and any discussion was impossible. I have honestly never experienced anything like it. Sir, please be aware that when serving fish, the plates must be heated beforehand. What a shame to serve monkfish tail without knowing how to cook it! In short, you are not a professional in the restaurant industry; you just have a storefront, and it's a real shame to take advantage of it without any professional conscience.
