09/07/2025: My wife and I stayed one night in the Désir chalet.
The welcome was attentive and thoughtful. We waited over a complimentary drink while our chalet was made available to us, even though our arrival was scheduled for a later date. We appreciated this very kind gesture.
The staff is extremely helpful and friendly. As for the chalet, it was an enchanting getaway for my wife and me, as the setting was idyllic and peaceful. The rooms were perfectly cleaned and warmly decorated. As for the hammam and jacuzzi, we spent delightful moments of tranquility there. Finally, the property manager was extremely natural and charming upon our departure. We enjoyed her delightful conversation. Thank you again. We recommend it.

08/12/2024: Very warm bistro, the dishes are generous and tasty, Louis takes great care. The atmosphere is super nice, you feel like home.
The menu is just missing a small marrow bone, although it is already well stocked 😉
We're already planning to come back at the beginning of January, and we can't wait!

07/07/2025: We were heading to Sylvanès Abbey and arrived mid-afternoon, five of us. We were starving and desperate, thinking we wouldn't find anything.
No, we arrived at this bar. We were extremely well received and informed that we could enjoy charcuterie platters, salads, and desserts.
We chose from a diverse menu and enjoyed excellent, generous salads made with fresh, high-quality regional produce.
As for the desserts, they were a spectacular display worthy of a grand establishment.
We would love to return to this area, but we're not planning on doing so.
So don't hesitate to make the detour.

Entre l entrée et le plat de résistance on nous a refusé de changer les couverts !!!!
J a i pris un rognon persillade j'ai eu un rognon beurre clarifie avec un fond d ail au fond, dégueulasse.
Mangez chez vous ça sera beaucoup plus sympa !

28/09/2024: Found by surprise during a quick visit for our greatest pleasure. The cuisine is excellent, and the welcome is warm. There are only homemade dishes. The cuisine is fine and varied. We had the Burger and the semi-cooked tuna. The fries are fresh, the cooking of the tuna was perfect. The burger is better than at home. For dessert we had the gourmet coffee and the tonka bean crème brûlée, a true taste marvel. Creme brulee is my restaurant comparison, and this is quite simply the best I've eaten.
I regret living so far away because I would have come back there. Unfortunately we jumped on the dishes so we don't have any photos, but you can go there with peace of mind.
28/09/2024: Very good place to eat, fresh food, and a large selection of pizzas. Friendly and fast staff. Be careful, it is best to reserve 1 or 2 days in advance, especially for large tables!

25/08/2024: Rooms are fine, though it looks a bit outdated. There is no refrigerator in the room and no air conditioning. The beds are fine. The shower is a little small.
The hotel is located near a small village that only has one bakery. The hotel has a nice garden (almost a park) and a large parking lot. Breakfast is fine, but no whole weat bread, a lot of choice in sweet French bread. You have to boil your own eggs 🥚.
The staff is very nice and very helpful, and some speak English.
24/08/2024: Very nice experience in this establishment. Surrounded by forest, this hotel is well maintained. The rooms are spacious and well equipped. The must, the restaurant with professional service operated by a team of attentive young people. This is becoming rare these days. We will come back for sure.
