09/06/2026: We had a wonderful evening at the open-air café and then continued on to the restaurant. From the cocktails to the after-dinner drinks, it was simply delightful. The hotel rooms were spacious and quiet. I highly recommend it for a romantic weekend getaway or a trip with friends. Thank you to Laetitia and Cédric for their warm welcome and helpful advice on visiting the region's tourist attractions.

05/05/2026: If you're looking for delicious meat, look no further, this is the place. Special mention goes to the veal chop, which was absolutely amazing, and the homemade profiteroles (though without ice cream, a real treat). This rustic inn is run by a lovely family; I highly recommend it.

22/05/2026: A very pleasant and welcoming place. The owner and her friend are as much a part of who you'll meet as the delicious food served. Reservations are recommended. Meals are only served at lunchtime, but the café is open until late afternoon. It has the atmosphere of a small roadside inn, for those who remember them. I highly recommend it and give the owner 5 stars.

15/04/2026: It's magnificent, right in the middle of the slopes! We slept incredibly well at 1650 meters altitude. The room was very comfortable, the price very reasonable, and the breakfast was enormous.

29/03/2026: A real gem on the slopes of Auron! Between runs, or in the evening, a warm atmosphere, a top-notch welcome, and above all, cuisine that's well worth the trip. Special mention for the wood-fired meat dishes: perfectly cooked, incredible flavors—we simply loved them. They're generous, authentic, and exactly what you crave after a great morning of skiing. An address to remember for combining the pleasure of the slopes with the pleasure of fine dining. We'll definitely be back!

25/04/2026: We had dinner at 1201, just the two of us. The cuisine is remarkable, with well-prepared seasonal ingredients and perfect flavor combinations. The presentation of the dishes is excellent; everything is meticulously crafted. The amuse-bouche could almost be a course in itself, given its quality. The desserts are magnificent. The service is top-notch. One minor drawback: we were seated on the terrace before dinner, and the wait for cocktails was a bit long. The wine pairings during the meal were very well chosen and delicious, but the portions were a little small considering the price. The setting remains superb, with a calm atmosphere—a truly wonderful experience. B. Thomas

22/04/2026: Discovering the five-course Equinox menu. The setting is superb, as is the decor in the bar area. The restaurant itself is simple and understated, with nothing out of place. The staff is attentive and very pleasant. The meal was excellent, refined, and visually appealing. I highly recommend this establishment. We will return to explore other options, such as the brasserie.

10/07/2026: Perfect service, delicious couscous served with a smile. We had a lovely chat with the bar manager, who was very welcoming! It's great to be able to find this kind of brasserie-style bar in Paris. We'll be back :)

28/07/2026: Discovered by chance during a business meeting in the area, it's quick, efficient, and healthy. I had a balanced and, above all, delicious meal, and I had plenty of choices. They also have vitamin-enriched drinks and tasty desserts available, plus, if you don't feel guilty… 😁 A little tip: Please mention on your website that it's right next to CrossFit so people can easily find you.

21/07/2026: We hadn't booked and were seated by the bar even though there seemed to be plenty of room in the dining room. The pizza was very good and the Breton galette was generous. However, afterwards, I seriously doubt that the galette contained scallops; it looked more like queen scallops! I'm very disappointed!!

06/07/2026: Solid bistro putting good flavors together. The zucchini fritters were moist and light. The tuna crudo was fresh with a great sauce. The saganaki in a phyllo dough made for a much more filling cheese dish. The special veal was moist and meaty. The fritto mixto was crisp and had a nice remoulade. The beef tartare was not quite right, too stringy and with a toast that was too dense and strong. Their pet nat choice was solid, light. Overall a good place to get a surprisingly dense dinner.

05/07/2026: A superb evening for a birthday celebration! The dishes were excellent, with original and perfectly executed flavors. Flawless from start to finish! The service was also impeccable: the team was welcoming, attentive, and offered excellent advice, with great suggestions throughout the meal. You can go there without hesitation!
