10/09/2026: An authentic and down-to-earth truck stop restaurant with a relaxed, after-work atmosphere. The service was friendly and unobtrusive, but also correspondingly lacking in explanations. If you're unfamiliar with the menu, you'll need to ask specific questions or observe other guests, but it works out. :) The food is simple but delicious. The homemade main course (we had chicken with fries and a side of vegetables) was especially good! The following options are available: - Complete menu (appetizer, main course, dessert including drinks) €17 - Two courses (appetizer and main course or main course and dessert including drinks) approx. €15 - Main course only including drinks approx. €13 Drinks: Cider, wine, water, and soft drinks are available. Appetizer: There's a cold appetizer buffet with salads, cold cuts, cheese, pickles, and bread for self-service. Main course: there were four dishes to choose from, which presumably vary each evening (that evening it was calamari, chicken cutlets, sliced ​​chicken, and traditional black pudding with sauerkraut). Dessert: there were various types of ice cream bars or ready-made pastries/desserts available in a self-service refrigerator. We especially enjoyed the relaxed, open atmosphere with all the truckers spending their evenings there. Certainly not a fancy restaurant for a romantic dinner, but definitely an experience. :)

03/09/2026: Arrived at noon, no one at the bar, the food on my plate was, I'd say, a children's menu and tasteless. The buffet itself was decent. When it came time to pay, the staff was unfriendly. The only positive point was the waitress who did her best to make things better. I've had better experiences at this place.

27/09/2026: A very pleasant restaurant if you sit on the terrace; the view is superb and the service is very friendly. The food isn't bad, but you wouldn't go back for the cuisine.

10/10/2026: A warm welcome awaits you in this tastefully decorated establishment where we had a very pleasant time. The autumn soup was a real treat, as were the tripe and trotters (being the gourmand I am, I would have loved more!). It's nice to see a restaurant that updates its menu seasonally.

24/09/2026: We had a reservation for 12:30 for 5 people, including an elderly person. We arrived around 12:15 and the receptionist remarked that we were early! That put us off. The meal wasn't anything special. We were disappointed. We won't be going back!

14/09/2026: I didn’t eat here, so I can’t rate that, but the atmosphere is fantastic. There was a musician playing live music, the servers were efficient and nice. It’s a small place and gets warm quick, so think about that if you already see from the outside that it’s crowded. It didn’t bother me. I liked it here 😄

27/09/2026: A belated review to tell you about the exceptional restaurant, Le Plô! Delicious local cuisine, from appetizer to dessert. Excellent selection of ingredients. A lovely atmosphere with friendly and attentive servers! Our stay in Carcassonne ended on this very high note! We'll remember it! 😋

26/09/2026: While passing through Carcassonne, we enjoyed a delicious cassoulet in a welcoming restaurant. From the appetizer to the dessert, from the moment we arrived until we left, everything was perfect. Don't change a thing!

31/08/2026: A lovely atmosphere and a very generous meal! Almost like a wedding feast! The staff were very kind and attentive. The staff raffle was a nice touch. We also appreciated the owner checking in several times during the meal to make sure everything was alright 👍

23/08/2026: Very disappointed. The menus are overpriced for such poor quality. The fries are supposedly homemade, but McDonald's fries are better, and the service and welcome were deplorable! One thing is for sure: this is a restaurant I will never set foot in again!

18/07/2026: Hello. Excellent tea room with a little-known Japanese pastry chef where you can also have lunch. Today's dessert was perfect: strawberries.

06/09/2026: This tiny café is a great find! They serve a Taiwanese specialty called "Wheel Cake," which is similar to a filled waffle pastry. I ordered the Bubble Tea flavor and was pleasantly surprised! As for the fruit tea, you can tell it's homemade. The green grass jelly is a nice change from aloe vera jelly. I highly recommend it! The only downside is that there's very little seating (only 3 tables).
