26/12/2025: It's always a real pleasure to walk through the doors of Le Saint Martial. Valérie is a wonderful host, and the chef is a fantastic cook! A perfect duo who know how to ensure we have a great time and delight our taste buds! We enjoy ourselves every time we visit, and the chef shares his passion for his craft. There's also a very nice wine list with prices to suit all budgets! Valérie knows her wines and is always happy to advise us! Another flawless experience this Christmas lunch 🧑‍🎄

01/02/2026: We spent Christmas Eve there with our dog. Outside, it was cold and windy, but inside, the cozy atmosphere and elegant Christmas decorations created a truly warm contrast. I almost felt like I was on a Christmas movie set, where I wasn't just a spectator but an actor 🤩. Dinner was excellent. The spa area with its pool was so relaxing. The welcome was attentive and warm. A Christmas we'll remember for a long time. Thank you to the whole team.

This review concerns only the restaurant, which we had for dinner as a couple and which was rightly recommended to us. Ideally located in the historic center of Eauze, the establishment is a charming period house with a friendly and welcoming atmosphere. The welcome is warm, and the staff is kind and attentive. They serve authentic and delicious cuisine, as flavorful as it is generous, served with a smile. What more could you ask for? We will definitely be back!

28/11/2025: Invited for a one-hour massage and an hour and a half on the private terrace with sauna and Nordic bath. Beautiful setting. Welcoming and competent staff. Impeccable hygiene. I'm a man and completely unfamiliar with this type of service... I felt very comfortable and it was truly enjoyable. No opinion on the camping or restaurant facilities, but the pool area is very nice...

11/02/2026: We've stopped at the Hotel St. Joseph several times. For a coffee, a meal, and sometimes even overnight. Everything is perfect. The rooms are welcoming and clean, with excellent bedding. Delicious meals and, above all, a lovely and attentive staff! We arrived very late last night, and they were waiting for us with a smile, allowing us to dine in peace and quiet! Thank you! 18/02/2026: I love this place. First of all, there's ample parking for guests, with two free lots. The hotel itself is located in a quiet village, with a very pleasant setting and a beautiful garden. The rooms are very clean and well-organized, with a welcome tray provided. The chef prepares delicious meals, even for overnight stays, making you feel truly special. Finally, the welcome is warm, courteous, discreet, and efficient—truly a perfect place. Be sure to book in advance; they are very popular, which I completely understand given all their qualities. Honestly, they are my go-to hotel in Rouen!

02/03/2026: We had a wonderful stay at Mas Valentine; everything was perfect! The rooms are very comfortable with excellent bedding, and the grounds are beautiful and very well maintained. The new manager is very accommodating and pleasant; she did everything to ensure our stay was as enjoyable as possible, and you can tell she's passionate about her work! The wellness area can always be reserved privately, which is a real plus compared to other establishments. The outdoor pool is lovely, and we'll definitely be back to try it out during the summer season!

01/03/2026: A very pretty hotel, tastefully decorated, and a charming, typical building. Laurence's welcome and service were very professional and pleasant. The room was spacious enough, with thoughtful touches, and very quiet. There were a few minor drawbacks, but they didn't spoil our stay: - The room wasn't very soundproofed from the hallway noise, but since the hotel was very quiet, it wasn't a problem. - The breakfast was adequate, though it could have used a few more items despite Laurence's efforts. We can't comment on the pool, as it wasn't open yet due to the season. We weren't able to try the spa as it was fully booked (except at 9 am, which was a bit too early for us 😁). However, we did enjoy a very pleasant massage. We would like to thank Laurence for arranging it.
