The room was comfortable and everything was very clean. We discovered delicious dishes prepared and explained by Nathalie. We appreciated their humor, their explanations about local attractions, and the Tuesday evening game of pétanque. A big thank you to you both for these relaxing and convivial moments.

30/05/2026: We stayed in a very pleasant room for one night, with a comfortable bed, a clean room, and a peaceful atmosphere. The icing on the cake was that I slept in a former school, in the teacher's room, which had been renovated, of course. We had dinner and breakfast there, all homemade and delicious. A real treat! Our hosts were very welcoming and attentive. The village of 200 inhabitants is truly ideally located for exploring the region by car or for beautiful hikes. The scenery is magnificent and rejuvenating. You can also ask Nathalie and Lionel for advice. We will definitely return as soon as we go to the Cantal region. I highly recommend it. Go there; you will be delighted both with the food and the sights in a comfortable and welcoming setting.

29/07/2026: I'm usually positive in my reviews. But this time I have quite a few criticisms. The owners, no complaints there, very friendly. As for the food, it's not worth the price. The aperitif... a kir made with cherry liqueur is unacceptable. We were offered three starters: a charcuterie platter (okay), octopus salad (okay), and tuna rillettes (3/10). The rillettes were far too bland, served in a hollowed-out tomato that was very hard despite it being in season (supermarket tomatoes), on a few wilted lettuce leaves. Furthermore, the rillettes were poorly seasoned. I'm still looking for the tuna flavor. There was no menu for the main course. The chef offered us sliced ​​beef or black pudding with mashed potatoes. The sliced ​​beef was satisfactory. However, the black pudding (pre-packaged supermarket brand) was as if there were no butchers nearby. The black pudding was incredibly flat. No texture whatsoever. Yes, my post is negative about this establishment, even though that's not my usual practice. I don't understand all the other positive posts that we were influenced by.

The waitress was amazing, and the menu is incredibly varied, with set menus offering starter and main course, main course and dessert, or starter, main course and dessert! 01/03/2026: A little tip if you ever book: remember to let them know 2 hours in advance if anyone can't make it, otherwise it's an extra €10 per person... and on top of that, you get yelled at in front of everyone! It's completely unprofessional!
