16/09/2026: A very bad experience at reception. The person stared at me and I clearly felt a difference in treatment depending on the customer. A particularly unpleasant and uncomfortable attitude.

10/09/2026: We had a wonderful time at Auberge La Forge. The terrace is romantic and the meal was delicious. We particularly enjoyed the starters: melon carpaccio and duck breast, or the gravlax salmon. Everything was perfect. I highly recommend it.

19/08/2026: Richard gave us a very warm welcome. The waitresses (especially Emma) and waiters were lovely, attentive, and genuinely caring. The meal was excellent, from the aperitif to the coffee. Seated under the pergola, the atmosphere was pleasant, chic but not stuffy. Highly recommended.

19/07/2026: Hello. I recommend the meat dishes and the €26 per person set menu, which includes unlimited starters, main course, dessert, plus two bottles of sparkling water and a non-alcoholic cocktail; it's quite affordable. Parking is limited, or you can park in the side lane.

12/09/2026: Our second visit here and it keeps getting better! Huge, delicious portions, super friendly service, and the terrace view of Penne castle makes it unbeatable. Cannot recommend enough! 🥩🏰🍻

07/09/2026: Far from the establishments around the Place d'Armes in Calais, this small restaurant near the theater is a sure bet and won't disappoint. The warm welcome, the cozy atmosphere, the dishes that emphasize homemade quality, the efficient service, the generous portions... it's hard to find a fault with this excellent place. Please note that while the restaurant is open every lunchtime, it is only open for dinner on Saturdays. Reservations are therefore recommended.

The waitress and the owners were exceptionally kind and attentive. A genuine feeling of well-being and conviviality that makes all the difference. The cuisine lives up to the setting: sublime, generous, and absolutely delicious dishes, prepared with great care. A true delight from beginning to end! And what can we say about the terrace… A magnificent, peaceful setting overlooking a small pond surrounded by greenery. A true haven of peace where you can linger and fully enjoy the moment. We absolutely fell in love with this place. Everything was exceptional: the welcome, the food, the setting, and the atmosphere. 30/09/2026: Another excellent meal at Comet'! Several homemade starters, main courses, and desserts to choose from; the sugar-free chocolate mousse is divine! The service is quick, relaxed, and always with a smile. And you can still enjoy the lovely, quiet terrace... We'll be back as soon as possible!

The welcome is warm, the service pleasant and efficient, with an attentive team throughout the meal. The prices are very reasonable considering the quality. A place where you can eat very well without breaking the bank. I highly recommend it and will gladly return!
