25/02/2026: Excellent restaurant, very warm welcome, special thanks to Camille, a very charming and professional waitress, excellent cuisine, I highly recommend it

23/02/2026: We had booked a table for two for dinner. The dishes were very good. We ordered a salad (with roasted Camembert) and a quiche. A minor point about the ham in the salad was a bit of a letdown. As for dessert, the menu isn't very varied in general: lots of peanut or salted caramel desserts, no fruit-based options. Perhaps this is something they could improve. We ordered the coffee tiramisu, but unfortunately, we didn't particularly enjoy the mascarpone mixed with the salted caramel. However, we would like to return to try other dishes that looked very appetizing. The prices are very reasonable, the service was pleasant, and we had time to digest between the main course and dessert. Finally, the decor was very nice. One small drawback was the noise: the restaurant is quite large, so it is indeed rather noisy.

06/03/2026: Of all the crêperies on the street, while this one stands out for its small size, it distinguishes itself with crêpes that are not only incredibly generously filled, but also absolutely delicious! A great find! 👍

Negative point: The waiter was stressful, and at one point, when opening the wine, I thought he was going to call us alcoholics for a bottle we ordered for two. The service needs improvement.

25/02/2026: What a pleasant surprise to find Buffalo Grill just as we knew it! The service was quick, efficient, and not at all pushy. The cooking and seasoning were perfectly balanced and delighted our taste buds, reflecting the brand's high-quality products. Thank you! I was worried after all these years! But now we're tempted again.

11/12/2025: I didn't stay at the hotel, so I don't know about that aspect. I only enjoyed the spa and had a massage. I don't know the name of the woman who gave it to me, but it was the perfect balance between relaxing and firm, relieving accumulated tension. The spa is a bit limited, but sufficient. It has a warm water pool, a hot tub, a Turkish bath, and a sauna.

28/08/2025: Outstanding in every way!! Rooms are sumptuous and beautiful. Food is delicious. And the staff, just amazing, couldn’t do enough for us, always asking if everything was okay. We loved it there!!!!

03/03/2026: On a small street leading off Place Stanislas, this tiny, light-filled restaurant charmed us! The oyster mushrooms were fragrant as a starter, the salmon decent but nothing special. For the main courses, the scallops were perfect, and the squab was remarkable, though best suited to venison lovers. The dessert was the perfect finishing touch to a meal without a single (real) flaw. The sommelier offered excellent advice, and the service was friendly. A great find in Nancy.

16/02/2026: Excellent food. The dishes are beautifully presented and the flavors are perfectly showcased. We were seated in the upstairs dining room, which was very cozy and tastefully decorated. However, be aware that the stairs are a bit steep and the carpets are worn!

08/03/2026: Absolutely fantastic! A warm welcome, a refined and intimate dining room. Excellent cuisine, beyond reproach in both presentation and flavor. The sommelier can suggest a glass of wine to pair with each course upon request. A delightful discovery awaits. Not to mention the excellent value for money, especially considering its Michelin star. We'll definitely be back to try the tasting menu.

28/02/2026: Excellent meal, very friendly and humorous staff, pleasant and accessible for people with reduced mobility (I'm in a wheelchair, but I haven't tested the toilet). It was very pleasant to chat with the chef at the end of the meal; charming, interesting, and not complicated. See you soon for the mille-feuille – it was amazing! 09/03/2026: I came in the evening. The concept is a bit unusual as you enter one at a time. There's a wide selection of vegetables. The sweet potato is better than before. If you could add new ingredients every week, that would be fantastic! It's a shame you can't pay in cash in the evening. When will you be offering Mister Garden merchandise (t-shirts, socks, and other goodies) using our loyalty points, please?

03/10/2025: I can't speak about the accommodation since we went there for dinner. The place is a bit lost in the middle of nowhere but it's worth the trip. The welcome is friendly. The staff is welcoming and friendly, giving all the necessary explanations to make the right choice. The cuisine is typically regional, made with high-quality products, it offers an absolutely unique "Maquis" experience thanks to a beautiful modernization of ancestral recipes and the use of a few spices or specific ingredients that give it an unforgettable flavor. The price is more than acceptable.
