13/09/2026: The atmosphere wasn't great in this restaurant (almost empty for a Saturday night). The steak hippo was difficult to eat, the steakhouse salad had an overly acidic dressing and was practically empty. For 19 euros, it's a bit of a rip-off. In short, I won't be back, which is a shame for this restaurant chain that I've known for a very, very long time. Yes, times change; it was better before.

21/09/2026: In a renowned location, right on the way up to the citadel, you'll find this restaurant on your left with a quiet, shaded terrace at the back. 👍 The owners welcome you with a smile, good cheer, and a sense of humor. You can enjoy lunch at a very reasonable price, and the wines are moderately priced. 👍 In short, don't hesitate to stop by this restaurant and enjoy the experience.

15/08/2026: Easy parking, a warm and friendly welcome, and a quick and efficient manager. Always smiling and very professional. The galettes were very generously filled, it's a shame the buckwheat flavor wasn't more pronounced. A nice place I would return to.

08/09/2026: As a cycle tourer, I only stayed one night. The welcome was very friendly; the owners kindly allowed me to check in at 3:00 PM instead of 4:00 PM. Two negative points: it was impossible to have breakfast before 8:00 AM to leave early, and it was a bit much to charge €10 to store my bike in the garage (with no other option)!

25/08/2026: Had a lovely dinner here with my family and the service was exquisite. The food was delicious and the menu very generous for the price. We all loved the Corsican fare and would highly recommend this restaurant for the excellent menu and welcoming staff. Thank you!

02/09/2026: A quick stop at La Taverne, and honestly, I had a fantastic meal! 😋 I had a Welsh rarebit, and it was absolutely delicious! 🧀🔥 So flavorful and generous, with that subtle hint of mustard that really came through and that I loved. It perfectly complemented the dish without overpowering it. A great place to eat simply, heartily, and most importantly, to enjoy yourself! 😋

06/09/2026: A beach restaurant, with indoor and outdoor seating, friendly service, and excellent food... In short, nothing original, but a sure bet for a romantic dinner or a meal with friends.

20/08/2026: We went there at lunchtime today, during a leisurely stroll. We'd never been before, and it was a real treat, a delight for the taste buds. We'll definitely go back.

21/09/2026: We didn't really have time to see what went on behind the scenes... We'd barely stepped inside the crêperie when we were told our dog wouldn't be allowed. It's the first time we've ever been refused entry because of our little dog. In that case, it would have been much more sensible to put a sign on the storefront saying: No dogs allowed! That would have saved us from being turned away in front of all the other customers. Even though every establishment has its own preferences, it's a shame. Enjoy your meal!
