10/07/2026: A restaurant worth discovering and sharing! Highly competent staff, impeccable service, creative cuisine, all in a very pleasant setting. Step outside your comfort zone and venture a little outside the city to discover this place, and if you don't go back, you've missed out! We've been twice now, and each time it's been perfect. In winter, the dining room is incredibly cozy, and in summer, the garden is idyllic. There are a few outdoor games for children while parents relax over a wine list that, while concise, is carefully curated. In short, a place to visit again and again. Marion and Antoine

27/06/2026: We had a wonderful time with a group of 56 hikers. The meal was excellent, especially the apricot gazpacho with a scoop of pistachio ice cream as a starter, and the service was impeccable. Highly recommended. Alain

25/07/2026: The cup smells like TUNA. I don’t know if it is the cup, the ice or the coffee. I know the smell of coffee and its definitely smell anything beside that. The service is good, also the place, but the smell is weird.

21/07/2026: While passing through Salers, we had dinner one evening at the hotel restaurant and thoroughly enjoyed our meal. The service was attentive, and the dishes were well-prepared and beautifully presented. We savored the trout with julienned vegetables, and for dessert, we were delighted to discover a delicious blueberry flognarde that wasn't too sweet. The menu is competitively priced.

15/06/2026: Booking made by phone using the Logis Hotels guide. The hotel is very well located. Excellent welcome. Spacious room. Very good food. Next time, I'll take advantage of the spa.

The two other waitresses were pleasant, although the youngest one should make sure to ask if everyone had finished their meal—nothing serious. 30/07/2026: An excellent place! It's delicious. The sea bass fillet is superb! The desserts are also very good. A delight from start to finish. The only slight downside was the wait, with a few oversights from the waitresses, but they were very friendly and cheerful! We'll be back!

28/07/2026: We had such an excellent evening at this wonderful restaurant, hidden in a side street in Beaune. We have lived in Singapore for quite some time and know the place there. Loved the atmosphere here even more though. Very laid back. Amazing wine list and a sommelier that can help you pick out the best wine for your taste & budget. Very friendly service and great food. Reservation is essential, place is very popular and rightly so.

23/07/2026: What a wonderful discovery during this trip to Burgundy! For me, it's a MUST-SEE. Between the sophisticated and delicious dishes, the impeccable service with very friendly people, and the chef's live advice... I had a MAGNIFICENT time!

30/06/2026: It's a shame the service was so slow between courses... there were only 4 tables occupied, but we waited almost 15 minutes for the dessert menu... we'd had this problem before, we attributed it to being busy, but tonight there were very few people... it spoiled the experience because the meat was excellent...

22/07/2026: Our meal tonight was exceptional. The service was delightful, friendly and efficient, food was tasty, fresh, all with a french twist. We ordered main courses of chicken with mushroom risotto and a pork shoulder with creamy mash followed by a Panna Cotta with fresh strawberries and coulis for dessert and espresso coffee. The advice from our waiter on champagne and wine was excellent too which added to the positive experience. Pleasant relaxed St Remy ambience.

20/07/2026: A wonderful discovery! The cuisine is refined, flavorful, and prepared with care. The atmosphere is intimate, the service impeccable, warm, and professional. What's more, the waiter is a former head sommelier, offering expert advice on the wines he suggests. We had a delightful time. Thank you! A truly excellent restaurant that I wholeheartedly recommend and will gladly return to!

08/03/2026: A warm welcome with wonderful smiles, a beautiful interior (especially in winter), a huge congratulations to the whole team! Manon and Anaïs are always smiling, and it's clear they love their work here! A very big thumbs up to the kitchen; everything is extraordinarily delicious... The duck breast was cooked to perfection, and the potatoes were succulent... Truly top-notch, my first 5-star restaurant experience! The price/quality ratio is excellent! Even with an embarrassing incident a week before Valentine's Day, I was so paralyzed by shame and embarrassment, but they managed to turn it into a laugh (the two waitresses). Thank you from the bottom of my heart for everything! And of course, I highly recommend it!!!! -> Thank you so much to all the staff for hosting us for our wedding reception 🙏 It will be a memory I cherish forever.

04/03/2026: A rare gem these days. Everything is designed to transport you back to the days of traditional pubs. A warm, family atmosphere, dishes that smell of wood smoke made with excellent ingredients (especially meat), and service that makes you feel like part of the family. We were horrified to learn that this restaurant was going to close soon because the owners (one in the dining room and the other in the kitchen) were exhausted and unable to hire the two additional staff needed (it's too isolated). The restaurant, which was doing very well, has been bought out and converted into a residence. 😢

17/07/2026: We arrived a little late on the evening of July 13th, but were greeted with a smile. The service was attentive, the presentation of the dishes was beautiful, and they were very good and generous.
