29/07/2026: I'm usually positive in my reviews. But this time I have quite a few criticisms. The owners, no complaints there, very friendly. As for the food, it's not worth the price. The aperitif... a kir made with cherry liqueur is unacceptable. We were offered three starters: a charcuterie platter (okay), octopus salad (okay), and tuna rillettes (3/10). The rillettes were far too bland, served in a hollowed-out tomato that was very hard despite it being in season (supermarket tomatoes), on a few wilted lettuce leaves. Furthermore, the rillettes were poorly seasoned. I'm still looking for the tuna flavor. There was no menu for the main course. The chef offered us sliced ​​beef or black pudding with mashed potatoes. The sliced ​​beef was satisfactory. However, the black pudding (pre-packaged supermarket brand) was as if there were no butchers nearby. The black pudding was incredibly flat. No texture whatsoever. Yes, my post is negative about this establishment, even though that's not my usual practice. I don't understand all the other positive posts that we were influenced by.

22/08/2026: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had dinner last night at the Crêperie Saint Géron in Hennebont, and it was a truly delightful experience. The dining room, overlooking the medieval ramparts, offers a magnificent setting, just steps from the historic center. The chef makes exquisite crêpes and galettes, prepared to order, with remarkable finesse. We particularly enjoyed a buckwheat galette topped with plump, flavorful scallops, as well as another with Guémené andouille sausage, generous and full of character. The service, provided by students in this small establishment with only twenty-eight seats, was absolutely top-notch: Manon, who served us that evening, was as efficient as she was welcoming. We highly recommend this restaurant, which is undoubtedly one of the best crêperies in Brittany.

17/09/2026: Excellent food made with quality ingredients. Very good value for money. The waitress was pleasant and smiling. Minor drawbacks: the service was a little slow (luckily we weren't in a hurry) and the dining room was noisy when full.

28/09/2026: A delightful surprise and discovery for our family lunch. The street was relatively quiet, with a view of the Canal Saint-Martin and sunny weather. The welcome was very pleasant, and the cuisine was refined and excellent ☺️ Italian tartlet and soft-boiled egg, melon and Serrano ham, salmon and avocado gratin, beef tartare, chocolate fondant, crème brûlée… Perhaps classic dishes, but very well prepared. The service was very pleasant, attentive, and smiling. We will be back 😉

27/09/2026: My go-to spot. I spend a lot of time there, and I'm never disappointed... The food is amazing, and the staff is lovely. Don't hesitate, go there, whether it's for breakfast by the canal or a drink in the late afternoon sun!

14/09/2026: A lovely establishment, well located and facing the water, we ate well… However, the waiter who offered us “a bottle of water” or “a salad with our galette” but didn’t mention that the small bowl cost €3.50 for three sheets of galette and a small sauce is, in my opinion, more than a little rip-off for tourists who are there for a weekend. An extra €7 on the bill is not insignificant!
