If it's busy, be prepared to wait a bit – but if you don't have that kind of time, you're probably better off going to a fast-food restaurant anyway. I'd gladly come back anytime!

02/08/2026: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ A wonderful discovery in Saint-Martin-Vésubie! Le Lou Pitchoun is a charming little restaurant where you feel at ease from the moment you arrive. We received a very warm welcome from the waitress, who was smiling and attentive throughout our meal. The food is entirely homemade, with carefully prepared ingredients bursting with flavor. We enjoyed the Reblochon burger and the Alpine crêpe: absolutely perfect! The flavors were spot on and the portions generous. To finish, the crêpes for dessert were just as delicious. A friendly and welcoming place where you'll have a wonderful time thanks to authentic and flavorful cuisine. We highly recommend this restaurant and will definitely be back!

11/08/2026: We came on Saturday, August 8th, for a table of 11 on the terrace for a local event and were disappointed that the staff spoiled our evening. We had a reservation for 9:30 pm and arrived at 9:32 pm. The first words from the waitress who served us were, "Ah, we were expecting you, but not exactly eagerly." We tried to lighten the mood with a few jokes, but she didn't want to hear us and politely brushed us off. One of my friends, not having any water for his aperitif, politely asked the waitress if he could have some, and she replied, "I'll take care of it in a bit." I won't go into all the details, but I think that's enough. It's a real shame considering the beautiful setting and the quality of the food. We were thinking of promoting your restaurant because we have 150,000 followers on our social media and like to share our experiences when we visit, but I think it would be better to refrain because you don't deserve a bad review based on just one evening a year.

02/07/2026: There were two of us, and we ate the same sandwich, and we both got sick… The connection to the sandwich was quickly made because it was the only thing/place we ate together. I don't know if it was the ingredients or the kitchen hygiene, but it's surprising for a bakery.

18/06/2026: We just finished up a 2.5 week visit, staying in an Airbnb down the street from this boulanger. I would go each morning to get my daily supply of baguettes traditions and Bhaskar croissants and pains au chocolat. Sometimes I'd get one if their sandwiches, salad, or pastries. Everything was fresh and perfectly delicieux!!! And the staff was TOPS!!! I was greeted each morning by a wonderful woman who tolerated my poor French, and spoke clearly and slowly for me. Afternoons, I'd have a sweet girl who would throw in a treat every now and then. They were wonderful and always treated me, am obvious foreigner, with the utmost respect and friendliness!! The only downside was that they were closed on weekend, but we found out that the multiple baguettes could be purchased on Friday and last until they opened again on Monday! I'll miss them and their delicious goodies so much!! MERCI BIEN!!!

La Dame de Pic offered us an extraordinary gastronomic experience. Each course was a discovery, a surprise that awakened the senses. Anne-Sophie Pic achieves the remarkable feat of transforming each bite into a delicious adventure where one is constantly surprised, and always in the most delightful way. The service is on par with the food: impeccable and warm. If you are looking for a restaurant where excellence meets emotion, this is the perfect place. 04/07/2026: A fantastic gazpacho, refreshingly perfect... Absolutely wonderful! Then mussels and fries, a super convivial meal with colleagues. Classic dessert and génépi to finish off the local break before the holidays for some... It had been so long since I'd been here... But when you also have a lovely encounter during your génépi break, you know this is the place to be!

16/08/2026: The place is very nice for a drink; I had a butter and sugar crepe which was also very good. The prices are reasonable for a touristy area. A big thank you to Salomé, who was a fantastic waitress, always cheerful and smiling. She took the time to take our picture and was very professional when taking our payment, keeping a smile on her face and her head held high even though her colleague was yelling at her and putting pressure on her in front of the other customers for a small mistake she had made. Well done, Salomé, and thank you again for your hospitality! 🫶🏻

14/08/2026: A fantastic restaurant, very generous portions at a very reasonable price. A very friendly and energetic team. We had a wonderful time at this restaurant, admiring the scenery and the goats (only present in summer).

10/07/2026: Impeccable service and good quality food. Underground parking nearby. The outdoor terrace is somewhat disturbed by the activity in the nearby park (noisy and disrespectful young people).

01/07/2026: A perfect score for excellent cuisine. The gazpacho amuse-bouche was a perfect prelude to all the other courses. The crispy prawns on a stick were truly perfect, followed by an incredibly tender piece of lamb and a wonderfully light, crispy sea bream. The wines by the glass suggested by the waiter proved to be a perfect match for the dishes. The wine service was also very attentive.
