30/04/2026: Very pleasant, quiet and shaded! Great atmosphere.

29/04/2026: We were welcomed and served by Dino. He was so very helpful! He offered choices of several wines based on our preferences and walked us through our food choices. He was very friendly and his service made our whole evening- which was our last evening in Paris.

05/04/2026: Lunch with a set menu (main course + dessert) is available. The dishes are tastefully presented on beautiful plates, and the floral touch adds a lovely touch. The service is pleasant, with an all-female kitchen team. The restaurant also offers beers, wines, and spirits.

31/03/2026: I highly recommend the hand-cut steak tartare; it's absolutely divine! I didn't have a beer as an aperitif (it was a business lunch), even though the selection and quality of beers are incredible. I asked for water and got my own carafe of water all to myself 😉 The service was impeccable, with a touch of humor that made for a wonderful experience. I'll be back in September, as I won't be in the area at the moment.

19/04/2026: Original yet excellent recipes: scallops with rhubarb, apples, and walnuts, beautifully presented... so tempting, you could eat it! Duck breast with melon and barbecue sauce is a must-try. I was hesitant about the barbecue sauce, but I was wrong... It was excellent. Other recipes are also worth discovering... Bravo for your originality and this delightful culinary experience!

27/04/2026: Overall, a good meal. The rabbit stew with tagliatelle was filling, but the rabbit could have had a stronger flavor. The atmosphere is that of a small village bar/restaurant, frequented by regulars and friends of the owner, who is warm and welcoming. Reasonable prices: all dishes are €14, and desserts are €4.80.

30/04/2026: On 29.04.2026 we stopped here for the first time! Warm welcome, smiling people! Only where there is no trash can in the truck parking lot :) until around 8 pm there are places to be found,

30/04/2026: Large parking lot for trucks, asphalt! Very friendly staff! The food is very tasty! The only downside is that there are no trash cans.

12/05/2026: A great spot to stop for a coffee, tea, or a treat. The welcome is really warm, and the space is surprisingly airy for Old Lille.

11/05/2026: Excellent pastries and well-prepared drinks. The place is a victim of its own success at certain times; it's difficult to find a seat.

12/04/2026: Excellent value for money! Elegant, stylish, high-quality dishes with perfect portions. The menu even includes cheese before dessert! I've never seen that anywhere else, except as an extra. The restaurant is clean, tastefully decorated without being over the top. Very comfortable chairs. The staff is competent and very friendly. Well done! A great find, I highly recommend it!

01/05/2026: We had the most lovely anniversary dinner - food and service were amazing - when a large party came down from upstairs and were seated next to us - the waiter asked to move us to a quieter corner which was much appreciated- Chez Julien is an institution and so lovely - but well knows so with that comes some interesting guests. The restaurant handles this well and ensures enjoyment for all.

30/04/2026: François D The restaurant has a very nice decor, however, the space is cramped. The food is very ordinary, lacking originality. Portions are rather small and the bill is relatively high. Suitable for unsuspecting tourists.

25/04/2026: Beautiful presentation, sophisticated dishes, lovely atmosphere. The lamb navarin was sublime, as was the pâté en croûte.

22/03/2026: Hello, I wanted to share my opinion about this restaurant. The older woman and the young woman who takes orders and serves you are completely mean and unfriendly. I will never go to this restaurant again. Friendliness is definitely not present in this establishment. It's shameful. Frankly, I completely advise against going there.

27/02/2026: Excellent service. Between 2pm and 3pm. The daily special was very good and the welcome was warm.

07/04/2026: Very cosy pub with friendly staff, pool table, a wide range of Belgian beers and a lovely beer garden. The cheeseboard was unforgettable - 5 cheeses, sundries and bread. Definitely our favourite local!

04/03/2026: A really nice bar, the manager was great. I can't comment on the food as I didn't eat there, but the decor, the bartender's recommendations, and the overall atmosphere with the board games, pool table, and good music were fantastic! Thank you for the warm welcome.

02/05/2026: My wife and I had the unacceptable experience of traveling all the way across Paris only to be turned away from the restaurant upon arrival at our reserved time. The manager had decided to close early because there weren't enough customers. We showed them our reservation, and were told it hadn't been checked before the decision was made. We ended up having to eat at a fast-food restaurant to get something to eat. In short: our evening was completely ruined! This attitude from the restaurant and its manager is unacceptable! I should add that TheFork, where we made our reservation and reported our situation, has remained completely silent for four days! 👉In response to the restaurant which seems to be cultivating bad faith, I am providing proof here (screenshot attached) - and sorry for them because I keep track of everything - of the exact time of our reservation, which was made at 20:51 exactly, for 21:30, which is far from being only 10 minutes before, something which would have been impossible for us anyway, knowing that we were outside of Paris.

09/04/2026: A culinary orgasm! I highly recommend the galettes; they are exceptional.

01/04/2026: An excellent crêperie! The welcome is warm, the staff are incredibly attentive, and that makes all the difference. The crêpes are both delicious and generous. A real treat, I recommend it 100%!
