07/04/2026: A huge disappointment. I went there a few years ago and had fond memories, but I was let down on Saturday night. I ordered a chicken escalope in cream sauce (the only halal meat option, unlike before). The escalope was dry, and the new potatoes were rather bland. I also ordered a chicken flammekueche, which was nothing special, and a "café gourmand" (a selection of small desserts with coffee) that I won't soon forget... only the coffee was good. A waitress with curly hair wasn't very friendly. She took our order, and I told her to start the flammekueche first and bring the rest later. The result... she had forgotten about us! I waited an hour for the rest of my order because I had to flag down another waitress. Between the excessively long wait and the unsatisfactory taste, it was a complete disaster for me.

07/04/2026: It leaves much to be desired. I came to this restaurant over three years ago and it was fantastic. I went back recently, and frankly, it's become pathetic. I ordered a pierrade and they brought me a sticky tray; 50% of the meat ended up in the bin. What a waste! I'll never go back.

16/06/2026: It was our first time there, and we were pleasantly surprised when we entered the restaurant. The facade wasn't particularly impressive, but they already had quite a few customers, and by the end of our meal, the restaurant was packed. We ate outside under the parasols, which was lovely, and next time we're in the area, we'll definitely go there! 👌 Congratulations, the appetizer buffet was beautiful, and we have absolutely no complaints! 👏👏👏

20/05/2026: The best tarte flambée in Alsace, in my opinion. I happily return every time I'm in Strasbourg. The food is homemade, exceptional, and traditional. A word of advice: make a reservation.

The service is quick and attentive. We went there on a recommendation and we weren't disappointed. I would therefore like to recommend it in turn.

10/06/2026: Seduced by the limited menu, the dishes offered, and the Maître Restaurateur label, we were won over by the cuisine and the discreet yet attentive service (the chef comes to his guests, which is becoming rare these days). A sign of quality, desserts are ordered at the beginning of the meal. In short, we will be back very soon...

11/05/2026: We've been several times, but hadn't been for a year. I came back a little disappointed that the dishes were practically the same as a year ago, something we'd already noticed before: two meat dishes, two fish dishes, two burgers, two salads... or perhaps we just weren't coming at the right time. I understand the limited variety since everything is homemade, but there was less food on the plate. For the first time, I left feeling unsatisfied. My fish dish, for example, only came with three asparagus spears, a small tomato, and a pepper sauce. The choice of side dishes is limited. The chef is still very talented, but the menu needs to change more often, and the side dishes should be more generous.
