02/05/2026: My wife and I had the unacceptable experience of traveling all the way across Paris only to be turned away from the restaurant upon arrival at our reserved time. The manager had decided to close early because there weren't enough customers. We showed them our reservation, and were told it hadn't been checked before the decision was made. We ended up having to eat at a fast-food restaurant to get something to eat. In short: our evening was completely ruined! This attitude from the restaurant and its manager is unacceptable! I should add that TheFork, where we made our reservation and reported our situation, has remained completely silent for four days! 👉In response to the restaurant which seems to be cultivating bad faith, I am providing proof here (screenshot attached) - and sorry for them because I keep track of everything - of the exact time of our reservation, which was made at 20:51 exactly, for 21:30, which is far from being only 10 minutes before, something which would have been impossible for us anyway, knowing that we were outside of Paris.

28/04/2026: My wife and I sat down on the terrace on April 28, 2026, for a drink. We waited 10 minutes without seeing a server, so I went to the bar to order. They told me someone would come to take my order. The server went to the table right next to us and completely ignored us. After another 10 minutes, making a total of 20 minutes, we left. This isn't the first time this has happened, especially since there were many staff members and not many customers. I do not recommend this establishment.

The eggs were processed, the mayonnaise was of the same quality, and the meat was so tough I've never eaten shoe leather. I had to use my Laguiole knife to cut the meat; I won't even mention dessert. The waitress's smile and efficiency were noteworthy, and the price was reasonable. I highly recommend this friendly restaurant and will definitely return. Plus, there's no problem with parking; the lot is huge. It's best to book in advance. Enjoy your meal!

26/04/2026: This restaurant positively surprised me. I definitely want to go back! It's in the middle of the route, not close to anything, but it was one of the best meals I've ever had in France. Worthy of a Michelin star, I speak from experience in restaurants of this level. Each dish was an experience of flavor, texture, and aroma. Kudos to the chef! Not to mention the service, which was delicate, fast, and sophisticated.

18/02/2026: I return every year to this magical castle for the pleasure of admiring its beautiful gardens, its sumptuous architecture that has evolved so beautifully over the centuries, and its stones reflected in the water. I had the pleasure of spending a few days there on my honeymoon 15 years ago. My husband worked as a guide there during his university holidays when he was younger. We will always return.

06/11/2025: A good visit and a very beautiful castle. The guided tour was very interesting, but we missed visiting some more rooms, to complete the visit. A clarification: On the internet the price of the visit is €6. I think they should change it, so as not to confuse the visitor. They charged us €10 per person. I personally think that these visits could be more complete. I see it as essential that the owners raise money to maintain and improve a heritage that without our contribution would be difficult to do. Thank you for the welcome and the explanations

12/04/2026: The service is very fast, and you can tell they're rushing to make way for the next customers, which isn't very pleasant. For brunch, it seems not all the pastries are from the same source; some are fresh, and others may have been frozen, which is a shame. For me, a €32 brunch with such limited choices, difficult access to the buffet because there's little space and almost everything is on the high counter, is unacceptable. The service wasn't very friendly either. I don't recommend it.

05/04/2026: Don't come just for a drink on Sunday when they're serving brunch… No one will come to see you or offer you a menu, and you'll get a rude face. They take care of all the other tables except ours and are reluctant to pull up a third chair for us. We got up and left. What a shame. Before the restaurant responds, I'd like to add that three other tables were seated and served for brunch after us while we were still waiting for the menus.
