28/02/2026: Honestly, I don't even know why I've never left a review before, even though I've been here several times. Every time, everything is perfect. Really. It's a 10/10. The food is excellent; you enjoy it from start to finish. You can tell it's made with care, with good ingredients, and that makes all the difference. The owner and the servers are lovely, incredibly welcoming, always smiling… You feel comfortable and at ease, and that means so much. I also love that, in addition to the regular menu, there are always daily specials (2 appetizers, 2 main courses, 2 desserts). It's a nice change, it allows you to discover something new, and honestly, the specials are always amazing. When you're satisfied, you come back… and here, you'll gladly return. I highly recommend it!

27/02/2026: A very disappointing experience with few positive points. - I asked for a glass of wine, which was refused because the bottle wasn't open. - A sommelier who didn't know his wines. - A waitress who interrupted conversations with inappropriate humor and no subtlety. - We were the last to leave, and they turned off the parking lot lights. All this for €65 per person with only one glass of wine. Poor quality for a Michelin-starred restaurant!

28/12/2025: We came for sandwiches, but since they're closing permanently in three days, the manager offered us a delicious garbure (a hearty vegetable and meat stew) to grab on the go. My friend and I thoroughly enjoyed it. We followed it up with a fantastic cheese platter. Thank you for the warm welcome and efficient service. This superb restaurant will be sorely missed at the summit of this legendary mountain pass. All the best for the future!

11/03/2026: I just left this restaurant. I arrived very early (11 am!) and asked if, by any chance, they offered anything to eat besides the bar. They offered me several options, including the daily special, which was already ready (beef tongue)! The welcome was fantastic and the atmosphere was great. I had a wonderful meal! I highly recommend this restaurant where the joy of life, simplicity, and conviviality are truly present! Thank you for this lovely experience 🙏
