The welcome was friendly.
The service was excellent.
The food was very good 👌🏻. The seafood was a delight, very fresh and beautifully presented.
We had a very good time and recommend the establishment.
Thank you for this lovely experience.
15/04/2026: I'm going to tell you what I think of this restaurant: the owner is unfriendly and very unpleasant, plus you don't eat fresh food, the fries are frozen, the mussels are really not fresh at all, and on top of that, very expensive for very dry mussels. I strongly advise against going to this restaurant.

04/07/2025: Second time I've come, and second time it's the same... We waited 20 minutes for just an ice cream and a milkshake, having to ask the server again. The service is very, very slow! There's a real sense of a lack of organization and optimization in the service department. It's a shame because I would have really liked to try the food, but it makes you think.
I hope it will be improved one day because it looks good!
02/07/2025: We had a charcuterie board mid-afternoon with a drink.
A good point because we were able to eat something, but it was just a stopgap, so we weren't going there to enjoy a meal.

04/05/2026: Served with a 50-minute wait between the starter and the main course. One of the dishes arrived cold, as did the fries, but they only offered to reheat the fries... The result was inedible fries and cold calamari fritters. Half the bill went uneaten, and there was no apology... This will be my last time at Léon.
Edit: After receiving feedback on my review below, I emailed the restaurant but received no response... In short, there's nothing professional about these chains.

21/04/2026: My wife and I came for the half-marathon. We appreciated the hotel for its location, its quiet atmosphere, and the size of the room. The breakfast was also very good. The staff was very attentive as well.
18/04/2026: Thank you for your hospitality during the Chinon Marathon. We appreciated being able to enjoy breakfast at 6 a.m. on the weekend (exceptionally served primarily for the runners). The option of a late departure was also very convenient after the race.
