13/09/2026: My partner and I visited your brasserie today. Here are our suggestions for improvement: - The mojito was too sweet with powdered sugar, not balanced. - The bruschetta was impeccable. - The morel mushroom tart had an original presentation on the plate. The quality of the morels was questionable, and the cream sauce was too bland. Serving it with a salad was inappropriate. It was difficult to cut the undercooked bread with the starter knife. The choice of knife was unsuitable. - The cutlery should not be changed between courses 😢 - The ribeye steak was well-prepared and cooked perfectly. The wild garlic sauce had an unpleasant emulsified texture. The flavor was good. It's a shame the fries were frozen (although they were cooked well). Thank you for not including a salad when I only ordered fries (the first time in my life!). The surf and turf salad was very generous, but unfortunately, extremely unbalanced. Lots of lettuce and salmon. Very little asparagus or avocado, and almost no duck breast. The gourmet coffee was very good. The miniature pastries were beautiful and delicious. The value for money is very good. The service was excellent: not intrusive, allowing ample time, and not pushy between courses. The waiters were polite and friendly. Part of the terrace is right next to the road; it's best to sit inside. The section near the entrance maintains this aspect, but the tables are very close together. We felt it was a good idea to refrain from smoking. This establishment is very honest overall for a place to stop over, and the prices aren't extortionate. Wishing you continued success.

31/08/2026: Great atmosphere, nice decor, pleasant welcome and service, very friendly staff. A minor complaint: the mussels could have been a little hotter, but very good nonetheless, and €13 cheaper than in Koksijde!

25/03/2026: This place is incredible! It was the Guru guide that led me here by chance. My wife and I are indeed fond of delicious parfaits and other delicacies in a stunning setting, all at reasonable prices. If you then (like here) finish your meal with a huge coffee, then it's pure bliss. The mustachioed chef is also in the dining room, which is quite unusual! The dishes are delicious and generous, even if they are rather vegetarian-oriented, but that doesn't matter, we love it! The red wine was a little sparkling, but a real treat after decanting for an hour. It was my first time and certainly not my last. I wish them a long life; it seems this establishment is just starting out, but it's already very promising. What is Michelin doing?!

19/08/2026: I doubted an app could accurately choose a restaurant. This app calculates calories by scanning a photo of my plate. The burger was high in protein and met my calorie needs. The fries were good and the portion was a normal size. The interface is simple.

25/05/2026: A little restaurant we stumbled upon by chance. We often walk past it but have never stopped… a very good experience! The menu, written on a chalkboard, is simple and effective, the ingredients are fresh, the warm goat cheese salad is a little gem, and the salmon tartare and burger are yummy! 😋😋 Very reasonable prices 👍🏻 The owner is very friendly and attentive; hats off to her for running the place all by herself! 💪🏻💪🏻💪🏻 Well done, madam! 🥰 We will gladly return! 🥰🫶🏻

22/08/2026: A wonderful discovery and a real treat! Generous galettes and crêpes at a reasonable price. Excellent service! I highly recommend this crêperie, even though it's a bit outside of Caussade.

14/09/2026: We went to this restaurant. We were satisfied with the quality of the food and the service. This review concerns the pedestrian crossing in front of the restaurant at the exit of a bend...very, very dangerous for people with mobility difficulties. We narrowly avoided an accident. It could be moved to the level of the post office. The municipality needs to address this issue.

11/09/2026: This restaurant had been recommended to us several times, so we finally took the plunge… and we weren't disappointed! 🥰 The setting is very cute, calm, and welcoming. The food is delicious, and the waitresses were lovely: very kind, attentive, and caring. We especially appreciated the little touch of the candle for my birthday. 🕯️✨ A wonderful discovery, and we've already planned to go back soon! ❤️

08/09/2026: An excellent, refined meal, BUT a huge disappointment at the end. We had asked the waitress to recommend a wine, and we were quite naive. Surprised when it came time to pay... it cost €70! This is dishonest and certainly not acceptable practice. First and last time!

22/09/2026: Dinner for four on a Monday evening. Not many people, so the service was quick, friendly, and efficient. Perfect for appreciating the quality of the food and ingredients. A pleasant surprise. Aperitif, charcuterie board to share, main course, and dessert, €42 per person.
