24/03/2026: We spent the night at this estate, surrounded by fresh air and magnificent views. The owner was incredibly helpful and attentive. We will definitely be back to enjoy the pool and outdoor areas! Absolutely fantastic!!

30/03/2026: Where to start? Is a great location the reason why everything else has to be so horrible? Reception has a hard time speaking English so they just hang up on you when you are trying to get information. Twice. Once when we were trying to get a code for the parking. You book an extra bed for your child and when you arrive it isn't ready. Then when it comes, it is broken and it takes hours to replace. Breakfast is simply sad, really. The room is old not in a good way. Carpeted with ancient smells.. THe flip flops for the sauna are reusable. Seems like hotel management is trying to save money on the smallest things. The shower on the bathroom is awful. A small amount of water comes out of it. For the price we paid, this is most likely the worst place we have ever stayed at.

30/03/2026: The hotel is perfectly located at the foot of the slopes, with a friendly and very welcoming staff. The view of Mont Blanc from the breakfast room is magnificent. We had an excellent stay thanks to the team and the thoughtful touches in our room (pastries, water, toiletries, etc.). We will gladly return!

27/04/2026: Been there many times before since I moved to Paris. The waitress super nice and in general it was okay and fun. The problem was this past weekend. I went with a friend to have a drink and the bouncer (with the long hair) didn’t let us in. He said “two guys are not allowed to get in, this is not a gay bar. You have to bring girls” (for me if they ask you to bring girls it means they are the product. I assume he didn’t notice my friend was gay so that was quite offensive thing to say. I’d recommend you guys to go somewhere else. This place is expensive, not good in terms of alcohol and the cocktails are disgusting for 15€ Waaaay many places around that street to end up in a place where you are not welcome :)

17/04/2026: Not bad. Good atmosphere. Happy hour. A few tables overlooking the outside. We could now have snacks until a certain time. Then, in the evening, it transforms into a nice little nightclub! 🙂 with regular prices, so no happy hour. This place stands out from the others (increasingly numerous in this very touristy area) because the staff wear masks. It was a bit neglected, which was a shame! For safety reasons (?), there are no more special effects (like a candle) on the cocktails served, nor any fireworks on the bar in the evening… a real shame, the atmosphere is lost… Special mention to the friendly staff. Of course, Kevin, the manager. But also Carmen for her efforts to speak French! 😉 And a personal note: I prefer Havana to Bacardi rum…

09/04/2026: A very talented and creative young chef, surrounded by a wonderful and equally talented team, not only in the kitchen but also in the dining room and wine cellar. Special mention for the white asparagus and the caramelized peanut mille-feuille. See you soon!

Bravo to your team! 👏👏 The only slight issue was the portion size of the fries, which could be improved, but everything else was perfect. Thank you.

25/03/2026: Les Ondes boasts an elegant atmosphere that reflects the romantic charm of the city. Most importantly, the food was outstanding and everyone raved about it. The waiter, Nathan, was very attentive and perfectly complemented the relaxing evening.

25/03/2026: The service is pretty good overall, I really like it, and it's satisfying to see this good from a brasserie in the 16th arrondissement. My experience at another brasserie further down the road was dreadful, and this one is quite nice. I like the relaxed and chill atmosphere. In any case, it's a good, strategic location. The team is great, welcoming, and helpful. Keep up the good work! See you soon at your restaurant.

06/03/2026: After a visit in 2020, I returned to your establishment today. The setting is still as pleasant as ever. The food is still delicious, especially the morel mushroom tart, which I highly recommend, not to mention the delectable desserts. The staff is incredibly attentive. Thank you for this delicious meal. March 2026... Another visit to your establishment, a bit of an annual pilgrimage, in a way. The morel mushroom tart is still as delicious as ever. This year, for the first time, we tried the morel and Vin Jaune fondue. I highly recommend it. In short, it is always with the greatest pleasure that I visit your establishment.

18/02/2026: A very intimate setting, on a small street in Strasbourg. There are only a few tables, which allows for a level of attention from the owner that I've never experienced before. He takes the time to chat with you, is very pleasant, and asks if everything is alright. We had a wonderful time. The dishes were delicious and perfectly portioned. And it's excellent value for money! I highly recommend it!

The value for money is truly exceptional, especially considering the quality of the ingredients and the care taken with each plate. A big thank you also to Mathilde, who was remarkably kind, spoke perfectly, and was incredibly welcoming. Smiling, attentive… a real pleasure! We wholeheartedly recommend this restaurant and will definitely return.
