07/07/2025: An iconic spot in Aire-sur-l'Adour, the place to be when it comes to meeting friends, family, or when you just want to relax. The decor is surprising for a southwest town, but it's well-kept and kept clean.
Friendly service, a relaxed but not overpowering atmosphere; perhaps turn down the TVs sometimes.
Cuisine showcases local produce, and the presentation is simple, but in keeping with the prices.
The bar is also very pleasant, always packed, from morning to night.

Refined and succulent cuisine.
Very fresh and perfectly cooked products.
As for the price of the menu during the week (starter, main course, dessert), I'm still impressed... 17€50!
It's become my "canteen" when I'm in the area!
A restaurant worth the detour!
Go there with your eyes closed, you won't regret it!

09/09/2024: Dinner during a trip. Due to lack of time I chose the salad, which was hearty and tasty. A good veggie address that I like!
07/09/2024: I visited Tous Les Couleurs last night with my parents and we had a great evening - the meal was fantastic!
Everything was homemade and we could tell the chef took real care in cooking it. The atmosphere was cozy and relaxing too. I really recommend visiting it (sorry for my bad French!)

18/01/2025: Very good tarte flambée as always. However, the bad-tempered reception should be mentioned here, once again. You're first greeted before you're allowed to sit down. Then you wait a long time for your order, after which you get an aperitif, other drinks and even the first tarte flambée within 10 minutes, all at the same time! Well organized is different. Therefore "only" 3 stars, although the tarte flambée themselves are worth 5. ps after comparing with others, these are definitely the best tarte flambées in the area! Despite everything else, we keep coming back...

21/09/2024: As much as the dishes are good, the hygiene of a certain waitress is puzzling... washing the terrace tables with already very dirty water from a bucket placed on the floor... then of course without washing their hands. hands where she held the sponge and put it in the dirty water, straighten the table, touching of course cutlery and glasses... plus the meal plates she served... and in the meantime a little delicate rubbing of the nostrils to accompany it all...

Plats vraiment excellents, en particulier la Poularde farcie aux morilles et purée truffée ainsi que le nougat avec café renversé, le café gourmand.

17/10/2024: Super découverte! Très belles assiettes, Très bon produits, excellent rapport qualité prix. Tout me donnais envie sur leur carte. Ducoup J'ai craqué pour 2 entrées, 1 plat chaud et 1dessert, oui j'avais Très faim et j'en ai eue pour ma faim et mon Argent. Serveurs Très sympa et souriant, pro et soucieux que tout se dèroule bien sans en faire trop. Tout en simplicité. Tout simplement parfait.

25/09/2024: Very good food... What more can I say when a restaurant is almost full in the evening during the week in Saint Quentin!... Very efficient, responsive service, attentive staff. A limited card guaranteeing good quality. Interesting detail, the wines recommended on the menu for each dish. Highly recommended.

01/09/2024: For a Michelin-starred restaurant we were surprised to see that the restaurant had no air conditioning, sliding open result, heat and flies on the program. Added to this was the background music that was too loud. Interesting culinary discovery but the cook had a heavy hand with the spices, too bad. Accustomed to large tables, we came away with mixed feelings about your establishment.

On the other hand, one thing bothered me: the flies... open windows it was hot but there are mosquito nets which also prevent flies from entering.
In view of the quality of the restoration it is a shame to go hunting...

24/08/2024: From start to finish this was an excellent evening. The service was spot-on, every course was delicious and, we had the 40 euro 3 course menu, value for money.
Beautiful setting. I had cooked oysters to start and my husband had gambas - both perfect. I had St. Pierre and my husband had Sebast - again, amazing. We finished with fondant au chocolat and raspberry crème brûlée.
Will be back.

08/11/2024: Après un accueil sympa, la prise de commande a été rapide.
Le menu offre une cuisine traditionnelle "maison" succulente, copieuse et servie avec le sourire.
Pas d'attente entre les plats car une grande attention est portée aux clients afin que le service soit fluide. Ce que nous avons beaucoup apprécié.
Le repas est servi dans un cadre sobre et épuré mais aux choix de décor harmonieux. On retrouve dans ce dernier de petites touches de raffinement : chemin de table, serviettes en intissé noires...
Enfin, après le café accompagné d'un tendre petit nougat, l'addition très raisonnable vous réservera une bonne surprise en confirmant un excellent rapport qualité prix.
Pensez à réserver votre table car Le Bistro affiche très souvent complet !
