The waitresses were very friendly and welcoming, the restaurant is cozy with a warm atmosphere, and the food was delicious and plentiful! The service was quite quick and efficient, and the prices are reasonable. Plus, there's a lovely view of the cathedral. Absolutely perfect! +1 because they welcome dogs without any problems 😊

16/02/2026: The hotel is very well located in the city center, the staff are welcoming and very friendly, the rooms are very nice, we had dinner there on Valentine's Day and everything was excellent, the chef was top-notch, all for a reasonable price, and the breakfast was plentiful. In short, a highly recommended place to stay.

29/01/2026: The hotel and staff were very charming, and the decor was lovely! The food was very good, and the room was nice but very difficult to heat in winter despite the heating. I stayed several nights as part of a business package; the breakfast was very good. I recommend it!

31/01/2026: This place is spectacular!! One of the best I've been to lately! I recommend ordering what you want and leaving one dish up for Head Chef Carlos to choose from! He brought us an amazing octopus with mole and cacao! The atmosphere among the team is fantastic! Everyone is so friendly! We'll definitely stop by Freddy's next time we're in Paris!

27/01/2026: Great! 👍🏼 The only downside that holds it back is the prices: they're too high for a cuisine made with simple ingredients, even if they are well-prepared; it's still "market-fresh" cuisine. My encouragement to the whole team: simplicity in cooking should never be a luxury!

The couples are always delighted with the service and the quality of the food. And personally, it's always a joy to cater for them. 13/05/2025: While visiting Crest, we chose this restaurant for its daily menu featuring fish or meat. From starter to dessert, we were delighted; the fish was cooked to perfection with delicious herb-infused vegetables whose aromas linger in the mouth. The welcome was very friendly; this restaurant is well worth the detour.
