The welcome is warm, the products are good, the place is quiet and depending on the weather it is possible to be inside or on the terrace.

The tartare, beef, and gnocchi are simply outstanding. You can really feel the quality and care in every dish. The atmosphere is warm and homey. 30/03/2026: A delightful and festive spot to add to your list, set in a bucolic, festive atmosphere. An ideal place for groups. The meal was a pure delight, featuring ultra-fresh, high-quality ingredients; the dishes were so flavorful and beautifully presented. The service was very efficient and the staff were excellent. I will definitely be back!

21/03/2026: A wonderful discovery at Auberge du Cheval Blanc. A truly successful meal from start to finish. For my starter, I had foie gras, which was excellent. Very well prepared and incredibly flavorful. One small detail that makes all the difference: the bread. Honestly, incredible. Crispy on the outside, soft on the inside, exactly like bread from a good artisan bakery. The owner explained that it comes from a local bakery, and you can taste the difference immediately. For my main course, I chose a beef steak, perfectly cooked and very tender. It was accompanied by golden-brown potatoes and small vegetables, all with a very flavorful wine sauce that complemented the meat perfectly. Next, a very pleasant cheese platter, with excellent, well-chosen cheeses. And to finish, a truly delicious chocolate fondant: a perfectly gooey, decadent center, with a touch of sweetness around the edge. A real treat. In short, a simple but very well-executed meal, with quality ingredients and plenty of flavor. We really enjoyed ourselves. A place to remember.

13/04/2026: We loved it 3 years ago. We returned to the area and went back to Le Baron Gourmand. We found that the prices of alcohol had skyrocketed. What a shame.

05/04/2026: Authentic restaurant in a beautiful rural setting. A warm welcome and excellent service on the terrace! Generous and delicious menus. We thoroughly enjoyed our meal on Easter Sunday. The dishes were beautifully presented. What more can I say? Everything was excellent. We'll definitely be back!
