Traditional dishes, perfectly executed, delicious, and beautifully presented. The deviled egg, stuffed cabbage, and homemade galette des rois convinced me I'll be back when I'm in the neighborhood. It's the kind of place you almost hesitate to share, wanting it to become a secret discovery for your friends and family—I've already shared it several times today with my trusted foodies. The service and welcome were also excellent! A must-try!

03/01/2026: We made a last-minute reservation and got a table. We received a very warm welcome, the service was excellent and well-paced, and the owner had a friendly, witty remark and a genuine desire for quality. We ordered two set menus: starter, main course, and dessert, including gratinated scallops, sauerkraut, and trout, followed by a sorbet with a generous splash of liqueur and a chestnut tart. The large dining room was beautifully decorated with ample space between the tables, creating a wonderfully intimate atmosphere. We have no regrets and will definitely return, especially since the menu changes regularly!
