The cuisine showcases local and seasonal produce with great finesse, but it's the use of unusual ingredients that truly captivated us. This demonstrates genuine creativity and affirms the restaurant's culinary signature. The service is simply impeccable, enhanced by insightful explanations for each dish, making the experience even more delightful. The chef and server work together beautifully; you can feel their passion for this wonderful venture. This is an address that absolutely deserves to be better known in the Touraine region!
