Impeccable service, explanation for all the dishes. Congratulations to the kitchen and dining room team. Cozy jazz atmosphere, neat decor, in short if you pass through Melle, we highly recommend this restaurant.

07/12/2024: Very disappointing apart from the restaurant (discovery menu)
We had to adjust the TV channels ourselves otherwise there was no TV. I think you should review your checks before customers arrive. When we spoke about it at reception, the receptionist asked us why we hadn't called him but Mr. would you need to answer the phone? Afterwards you don't need a bac +5 to set up a TV. No heating when we arrived in the room. Fortunately we had a good time at the restaurant but it is independent of the hotel since it is open to the outside (maybe that's why it was good). Expensive breakfast for what is offered. We won't come back.

23/02/2025: Very nice mountain restaurant. Not to mention the quality of the dishes which is without any false note. We enjoyed ourselves for a really reasonable price. The staff is incredibly nice and we had a great time. Thank you for your welcome and your kindness. If we ever come back, we will definitely eat here again. I recommend 100%. Besides, their flower liqueurs are to die for (no pun intended 😁)

18/09/2024: Dès notre installation, nous fûmes désagréablement interpellés par les tarifs élevés des carte, carte des vins, et menus où les suppléments fleurissent.
Nous pensions donc goûter une cuisine originale, travaillée, digne des prix d'un restaurant gastronomique. Las, nous eumes des plats sans imagination, parfois mal préparés (viande trop cuite), arrosés d'un vin ordinaire au prix d'un Crozes Hermitage sublime dégusté récemment dans un autre restaurant de la région. Le pompon était le service, absolument non professionnel (collerette du vin découpée au ras du goulot, assiettes du dessert servies en les poussant sur la table, couverts en libre service à la découverte du client), le tout sans un sourire : nous avions l'impression de gêner.
En bref, une expérience très décevante que nous ne renouvellerons pas.
08/09/2024: Repas juste parfait , tout est cuisiné à la perfection rien à rajouter . Le bœuf c’était du beurre, ça fondait dans la bouche . On y retournera avec plaisir et on conseillera +++ .
