31/08/2026: Hello, I had three days to spend in Le Touquet. On the first evening, my hotel recommended this establishment, and I've been back three times since, each time a real pleasure. So yes, it's not directly on the seafront but along the canal, but the food is excellent and the service is quick. I thank Eliana for her warm welcome, kindness, and professionalism ✌️

27/09/2026: Following a sporting event, we went to this restaurant on a Sunday at lunchtime after checking its overall rating… and it was well deserved! Our table was set up on the outdoor terrace since the weather was sunny and still summery, but the owner was kind enough to ask if that was alright with us. A high chair was offered for a young child and a booster seat for a slightly older one, and the parasols were adjusted—perfect! Once we were seated and the menus were handed out, the owner literally explained the origin of the poultry, the fresh produce, the fact that 98% of the menu items are homemade (except for the ice cream and donuts), and the fact that they work with local suppliers—we approve! Half of our group was there just for a drink, but, charmed by the menu, the ladies all stayed to eat with us! Upon arrival of the dishes, it was immediately clear that the quality was excellent. The promise was fulfilled, and we devoured every last bite (I chose the quarter of grilled yellow chicken with thyme, a true delight). The waiter even checked during our meal to ensure we were satisfied and if we needed anything else. Then came the desserts, and the same was true – no one was disappointed (French toast-style brioche, vanilla ice cream, salted caramel: very good and well-balanced). The bill came to under €80 for two adult meals and one child's meal, including a small (and well-deserved) tip. We will gladly return to your restaurant if we are ever back in the Lens area. Please don't change a thing; it was perfect for us.

27/04/2026: Disappointed. The pistachio and raspberry pastries were okay, the hot chocolate was lukewarm, the air conditioning was too strong and ruined the experience, the waiter's shirt wasn't ironed, the waitress at the bar... the toilets were dirty and smelled bad and had no soap. Luckily it was L'Occitane... In short, thank you and goodbye... forever. I wanted a treat on my birthday, and it was a complete failure.

20/08/2026: If you go to Bastia, you absolutely must eat here. Séverine's warm welcome made me feel right at home. And the food? From the sublime crudo to the dessert, everything was perfect. The highlight of the meal was the Creole-style red squid. The best squid I've ever had! It will definitely bring me back to Bastia, and I'm not kidding!

16/09/2026: An excellent restaurant. We had a wonderful time. The welcome was very friendly and the food excellent. We had the seafood menu, which included six oysters and scallop and mushroom gratin as a starter. I've forgotten the names of the main courses... but they were excellent! For dessert, we had crème brûlée with orange marmalade and citrus rum baba. Excellent. Being locals, we will definitely be back. One small criticism, in my opinion, but this is purely personal: the storefront could be more attractive with a little updating while maintaining the style. It would give it a fresh look and an image as appealing as the quality of your food. (I should mention that this isn't my profession). On my own, the storefront wouldn't necessarily have drawn me in. Luckily, there were two of us. 🍀

08/09/2026: Two lunches in August during my stay in the region in August 2026. Excellent value for money. Lunch menu at €16.50 including starter, main course, and dessert. That day, a lovely tuna steak with vegetables. Many regulars in the dining room, a good sign; it's not a tourist trap.

30/01/2026: We had a wonderful dinner in La Pharmacie. The steak was delicious, wine was carefully picked by the waiter and they had vegetarian options. The desserts were also amazing. Overrall, this is my favourite French food place in the city so far!

10/09/2026: This hotel is in a great location and is beautiful. Having said that, it is not without its flaws. The service is inconsistent. We had many pleasant encounters but we also had very standoffish and unwelcoming ones as well. Three times I was asked with much judgement and distain if I was a guest at the hotel: once when we walked in to view the property (we were asked immediately to leave) and two other times after I was a guest in the hotel. The amenities were also weak. The room tv remote and phone barely worked. The spa pool was quite cold. We also noticed a lack of complimentary items that other brands like Belmond or LVMH properties include. Ultimately, for the price, I would not stay again nor recommend to other considering the many grand hotels in Paris.

06/09/2026: Solene and the team at the Ritz Paris turned our wedding into something we'll be talking about for the rest of our lives. From the first walkthrough to our final dance, Solene's attention to detail and calm, professional guidance gave us total confidence that everything was in the best possible hands. The setting itself is unmatched, but it was Solene's warmth and expertise that made the day flow so beautifully. We felt genuinely looked after every step of the way.
