29/12/2024: Very good mountain restaurant with omelettes, a tasty gratin and a dish of the day at a fair price, impeccable service 😊 my opinion remains unchanged to this day, we were served very well despite a large crowd due to a sunny and snowy Sunday, the professionalism is to be highlighted, we highly recommend ☺

Just magnificent decor, almost feet in the sand, attentive staff.
Everything was perfect. We hope to have the opportunity to come back.
Small downside, very noisy room (because of groups of customers) fortunately we were on the terrace
Looking forward to tasting your other dishes and desserts!

29/11/2024: An absolutely perfect place! The boss is adorable and welcomes you as if you were part of the family. The terrace in summer is a true haven of peace: shaded, cool, and located on the edge of the canal, it invites you to relax. The waitress is charming and attentive, always smiling and attentive to every detail. And what about the kitchen? Delicious! Tasty dishes, prepared with care and fresh products. An address not to be missed!

30/08/2024: Des années que nous venions, pour la fondue aux cèpes. Malheureusement en été ils ne font pas aux cèpes ( hummm c'est pas un peu la saison???).
Service nul, serveur qui a peur de parler? Ou pas de langue?
Niveau proportion? Euh, fondue à 2 on racler le catelon tellement la quantité à diminuer... très déçu....
Pas sûre de revenir après tant d'année de fidélité...
29/08/2024: Nous nous sommes régalés. Les plats étaient délicieux. 5/5 pour le chef. Petit bémol le service en salle manque d'expérience .Il aurait été judicieux de mettre un serveur expérimenté pour les grandes tables. Le chef a rattrapé le service en nous servant personnellement. Nous recommandons ce restaurant.

The food was excellent and the restaurant atmosphere very relaxing.
My wife and I were spending our 3rd day in Paris before flying to Greece on the next leg of our holiday.
Of all the restaurants we dined at, La Fontaine Saint-Michel is one of the best.
Highly recommended.
28/09/2024: Guter Burger mit sehr leckeren Pommes. Atmosphäre top, Kellner sehr freundlich und gastfreundlich. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Wir würden wieder kommen.

21/09/2024: Yes, just yes! Amazing staff, friendly and gracious owners, and simply great food. Price is on target for the high level of cuisine delivered, but not too much.
I was enamored with the convivial atmosphere, and care that the staff took with every patron.
Refreshing, and delicious stop on my visit with friends from the area.

Tasty and quality dishes.
Efficient and smiling service.
Local red and rosé wines (Rasteau and Côtes de Provence les Jolies Filles) are perfect to accompany the dishes.
And to finish, “homemade” desserts.

24/11/2024: We hadn't been back for about 3 years and we really enjoyed it like the other times. Small menu but it's very good and it's great value for money. It's a friendly and warm place. Very good pinot gris in a pitcher. Good restaurant to start our week.
17/11/2024: Very unpleasant lady on the phone.
We wanted to book for 9 people and obviously that was too much to ask.
Also impossible to take away. No sense of business, deplorable.

20/10/2024: We really enjoyed the hotel and the restaurant. After beautiful walks, what a delight to find ourselves at this excellent restaurant table, we risked nothing when we saw that the owner cut his teeth in the restaurant of the Crillon hotel in Paris.
There were 4 of us and we had different dishes: all delighted! Impeccable service and varied breakfast with a surprise from the Chef. Very comfortable bedding and rooms. Absolute calm. The managers are very welcoming. Without doubt one of the best restaurants in Lagrasse
