07/03/2026: Writing We went to eat at Le Dahu last night for our last day of vacation in Lélex, in the Jura region. The women had raclette and the men had a Jura fondue with 12-month aged Comté cheese: a real discovery, accompanied by a nice little white wine from the Jura. I enjoyed it like never before! It was the first time I'd ever had raclette made exclusively with Comté cheese, and I highly recommend it. Furthermore, neither the staff nor the owner had anything to complain about: we left the restaurant completely won over. A big thank you again to the owner for his kind gesture (with the white wine). I recommend this establishment.

15/03/2026: Appalling welcome, no greeting or welcome. An unpleasant remark: "Oh, don't mess with me!" Dreary decor, ugly burgundy nylon tablecloth. Uninspiring and rather expensive menu. Not a single decent cocktail. In short, we left immediately!

13/11/2025: A wonderful discovery with colleagues. A very warm welcome, delicious cuisine, fresh ingredients, and very subtle preparation. A true explosion of flavors! Go there, it's absolutely delicious! Mushroom cappacio with Parmesan: excellent! Melting endives, kaffir lime, and smoked sausage: a real treat because all the flavors were perfectly balanced, even though I don't usually like endives. The cauliflower crème brûlée dessert was also excellent: a real delight!!! Thank you to the chef and his assistant!

The wine list is perfectly in tune with the menu. Everything is supported by a professional, discreet and warm service. A complete experience...to be repeated
