04/10/2026: The food was excellent, and the dessert, the soufflé, was to die for. The waitress lacked experience. There was no air conditioning, which was a shame as it was too hot. The restaurant's setting is very beautiful, and what I appreciated was that the tables weren't too close together; there was a little space between them, which made it feel more intimate and not too noisy.

19/05/2026: Two days at Relais Fusies, a very beautiful place, an "old-fashioned" inn revealing a lot of charm, with its cement tile floors and its superb restaurant with Art Nouveau frescoes, in short, a place that speaks for itself; and the excellent cuisine served by a kind and very attentive staff make the stay very pleasant, especially since the final bill is very reasonable...

13/09/2026: Happy hour - definitely need to visit. They have an amazing selection; from porn star martini to Negorini. All for €7! The best thing is that they are still generous in their alcohol measurement! The charcuterie board is a must have - generous portion and extremely delicious! Duck confit is a classic that they do well there!

10/09/2026: A truly wonderful experience at La Comète in Les Sables-d’Olonne! A warm welcome, a friendly team, and top-notch service. The dishes were delicious, beautifully presented, and of high quality. We had a fantastic time and will definitely be back. I highly recommend this restaurant!

19/09/2026: Warm welcome and quick seating. Friendly and smiling staff. Orders taken and service were fast. The orders weren't entirely accurate, but the staff corrected them fairly quickly. The bread served was a bit stale, like it was from the day before. Prices were a little too high considering the quality of the meat and sides (sobry fries, slightly wilted salad...). The dining room was a bit noisy but still pleasant. Comfortable seating. My opinion is somewhat mixed. But I think I'll go back because the staff is very friendly, the atmosphere is warm, and the opening hours are very convenient (open on Sundays).

28/08/2026: A restaurant that provides a welcoming and reintegrating space for people. The food is homemade using products donated by various organizations. It's delicious, and the set menu (starter, main course, dessert) is €13 at lunchtime and €8 for children. Fantastic!

20/09/2026: We called to make a reservation during service hours because we couldn't reach them at other times. When we answered, the woman kept us on hold... when she finally deigned to give me some time, I asked for a table for 1 p.m. on Sunday (3 days in advance). She replied that it was too late, but 12:30 p.m. was fine. I specified that it was for 8 people, and she replied that it was too many, as they only seat a maximum of 6 at a time. I then asked if two tables of 4 would be possible. She replied no... so we didn't proceed.
