16/05/2026: The lamb shoulder and merguez couscous was better than at Paul Bocuse's (and I've definitely had that at Paul Bocuse). There are restaurants where you can feel the care, effort, and love in the space and the food. This one is a perfect example. The service was impeccable and friendly, and everything we ate was delicious. We'll definitely be back.

02/10/2026: A very beautiful restaurant, both inside and out. The lovely interior decor makes you feel right at home. The waitress was very professional and pleasant. For starters, I had the Portuguese meat, cod, and shrimp fritters: very good. My main course was the cod gratin with cream sauce, which was truly delicious. My wife ordered the Portuguese-style beef, but the turkey version, served with fries; the sauce was excellent. I had dessert because my wife had given up on me: a homemade fig tart with a scoop of vanilla ice cream and homemade whipped cream, excellent because it wasn't too sweet and was a generous portion. A place to remember. Thank you for this meal.

25/08/2026: A great find. It doesn't look like much from the outside, but once inside, you discover a treasure. Air-conditioned dining room and an outdoor pergola. The food is good. The service is quite fast. The portions are generous. But there's nothing under 20 euros, not even the salads.

08/08/2026: Good but quite expensive. My dish contained cooked, partially peeled prawns, but they hadn't removed the veins.

13/09/2026: A very friendly place. The galettes are excellent, made with quality ingredients. The concept: eat the galettes in cones, not on a plate. The recipes are simple and effective, with daily specials. You can eat in, however, the seating is a bit cramped, and be careful if it's sunny. That said, it doesn't detract from the fact that it's a great place!

13/09/2026: A very original concept: the galettes are served in a cone. The staff is helpful and very pleasant. The ingredients are fresh, and the galettes are thin and crispy…simply exceptional! You can eat in, but the seating is very cramped, which isn't very convenient; ideally, choose a spot in the shade.

07/10/2026: My mother (who is white), my sister, and I, both of whom are Black, wanted to eat at this establishment on a Wednesday at 7:15 p.m. We received the most appalling welcome, marked by disdain and contempt. We were told the restaurant was full and that we were seated at a single table next to other people… I find this behavior deeply deplorable and particularly shocking in this day and age. The era of segregation is over, I remind you. Such a humiliating experience is simply unacceptable.

06/10/2026: This is my second visit, and the service and value for money are still excellent. I recommend booking in advance to ensure you get a table, depending on the time of year.

06/09/2026: Hello, we received a very warm welcome and I highly recommend everything. The menu is good, and the desserts are simply divine.

03/10/2026: There were four of us, and we all ordered the €31 set menu: starter, main course, and dessert with a glass of wine. The ingredients were good, and the food was good, but the portions were small. I had bread and butter (which were excellent) to supplement my meal. We probably should have ordered à la carte... a bit more expensive, but undoubtedly more substantial. The place is quiet and comfortable. The staff are friendly and attentive.

08/10/2026: I've walked past this place so many times, but never been here before. Today I had the chance to stop by and chill, have a beer. The shop closes at 11 PM. I'll come back another day to try the food.

26/06/2026: The best burgers in Clermont-Ferrand. I've been enjoying the Cantal and thyme burger for years. I love it so much that I can never bring myself to try the others! (Actually, I have occasionally given in to the "So British," which is also amazing). The fries are delicious, and the owners are always lovely!

16/09/2026: We thoroughly enjoyed the black pudding, a local specialty. It was very original and absolutely delicious. The service was perfect and the staff very welcoming; I highly recommend this brasserie.
