24/07/2026: I'm giving 5 stars after my visit to Café Le Parc last Saturday. We received a very warm welcome from Arthur and his team. We had a delicious meal. Accessible parking. I highly recommend it.

19/08/2026: I was looking for a pastry shop for a dinner party at a friend's house, and the pastry chef offered me a whole Basque cheesecake that he'd just taken out of the oven. Not only did he do me a favor by selling me the whole cake when this pastry shop only sells individual slices, but on top of that, it was absolutely delicious! Their pain au chocolat is also worth a try!

11/08/2026: For the christening of our two grandsons, we had a tiered cake made by Gvella pastry shop. It was magnificent and exactly what we wanted. We will gladly return and will recommend them to everyone we know. Thank you for your professionalism and the originality of the macarons, which were a sensation.

22/07/2026: This restaurant was recommended to us by a shopkeeper in Trouville, but what a disappointment! From the very beginning, the service was appalling. We ordered whelks as a starter, which we simply never received. The waiter, very self-assured, refused to write down the order, stating that he didn't need a pen, that his memory was sufficient. The result: oversights and disorganized service. The dishes were placed on the table without a word, without a glance, without even a "bon appétit." As for dessert, we had chosen a pavlova to share after seeing the magnificent one served at the next table: a tall, beautifully presented pavlova. Unfortunately, the one we received bore no resemblance whatsoever: completely deconstructed, with no real presentation, and far less meringue. We truly felt it was a dessert hastily prepared with leftover meringue scraps. A real disappointment. The worst happened at the end of the meal. At 10:30 p.m., the bill was brought to us without any particular attention, with a demand for immediate payment. We clearly felt rushed out the door, forced to quickly finish the rest of our bottle of white wine. When it came time to pay, I simply asked the waiter to wait a moment so I could check the bill, as I wanted to make sure the whelks, which we had never received, hadn't been included. His reaction was, to say the least, surprising and inappropriate: "Don't you trust me?" A completely inappropriate and disrespectful remark in this context. To top it all off, the waiter preferred to go outside and kiss his partner rather than greet us or thank us for our visit. This appalling lack of professionalism completely ruined our evening in Trouville. This is very regrettable, because the quality of a restaurant is not just about the food: the welcome and service are just as essential.

22/07/2026: As someone who works in the restaurant industry myself, I was very disappointed with the service. The waiter was unprofessional: he forgot our order, handled the dishes carelessly, and then brought us the bill while telling us the restaurant closed at 10:30 p.m.… in the middle of peak season! To top it all off, he went to kiss his girlfriend on the terrace without even bothering to say goodbye before we left. It's a real shame, because the setting is very pleasant and the food is good. Tonight, we're going to try another restaurant. I just hope we won't be asked to leave at 10:30 p.m. In the end, a very bad evening, despite the beautiful location and good food.

04/07/2026: I'm very surprised by the reviews I'm reading about this restaurant. We arrived and there was no choice but to order bottled water. I think they were supposed to offer a carafe of water, but never mind... The wine I wanted wasn't on the menu, and the one they offered was actually much more expensive (and the price wasn't mentioned). The wine glasses were filled to an absurd degree (the photos in previous reviews don't reflect reality at all!!!). We ordered eggplant and pasta with bottarga, and they arrived with two small slices of bottarga, still with the wax around them. The waitress told us that was normal and that she eats the wax. ?????? Excuse me, but that's not a professional response. The dish was okay but not tasty: an eggplant filled with a mixture of vegetables (the waitress couldn't tell me which ones...) and with walnuts because my tongue was very irritated. Luckily I wasn't allergic! Anyway, we left without having dessert, very disappointed. What a shame...

01/07/2026: A wonderful discovery of Corsican cuisine in an immersive musical atmosphere. A very pleasant tasting of myrtle in various forms (jam, digestif). A special mention for the wild boar terrine, which was delicious!

22/07/2026: The food was truly excellent, and our waitress was attentive and professional. Unfortunately, the experience was spoiled by the owner's attitude. As soon as the appetizers were served, she came over to criticize us, in a rather unfriendly tone, for not mentioning that we were bringing our dog, claiming it complicated her planning. Yet, the terrace was practically empty, no one had mentioned anything to us upon arrival, and our dog remained lying under the table throughout the entire meal without bothering anyone. The waitress had even spontaneously brought him a bowl of water. We came to enjoy ourselves, not to be lectured right from the start of the meal. We even considered leaving and explained to her at the end that her manner of speaking to us had been very poorly received. To top it all off, the bill had a 10% error in our favor, which we had to have corrected. It's a real shame because the food deserves praise. But we were so displeased with the management's welcome that we did not return.

20/07/2026: Plenty of ice cream/sorbet on the side during this summer period is a welcome addition. The portions are decent, even generous. It's a shame the descriptions of the dishes/decorations are given so quickly. It's not easy to remember everything. Recommended.

04/07/2026: Ideal location for a coffee near the Bois-Guillaume town hall and for a meeting point. Convenient parking in the adjacent lot. In the middle of a heatwave, it was a pleasant surprise to find ourselves in an air-conditioned café! We were seated in a very comfortable four-seater booth. The owners are very friendly and welcoming. The place is spotless, "you could eat off the floor!" But we'll have to come back for lunch as they serve meals. And they have the usual services: newspapers, tobacco, games... There are a few tables outside, but next time ;)

28/07/2026: A lovely restaurant with excellent food. The service was friendly and attentive, making our visit very pleasant. We were particularly impressed by the Pavlova de Fraises dessert – simply superb! We thoroughly enjoyed our evening and would love to return.

24/07/2026: Dinner with friends on our last day of vacation... there were nine of us. We had already been two years ago. The pizza was very good, the food excellent, and the setting magnificent, under the trees. The service was impeccable, and the waiters were friendly. The prices were reasonable. A must-try. I recommend it.
