13/11/2024: It’s a restaurant run with a lot of passion by a very good chef, Olivier. We went out of season, on November 11th, a national holiday and also my birthday - and there were very few places open in the area. Although we were the only customers that evening, we had a great time and Olivier cooked us a most delicious meal. We will return there in January for the truffle season.

The recipes for both savory dishes and desserts are carefully crafted and prepared with love, and it shows. The service is always lovely and friendly. It's a reliable and comforting place. 18/10/2025: A single dish for 12 euros for lunch, I didn't like one of the ingredients in the pie and I was told: but it's good, and apparently it was me who was the problem and not the menu... big disappointment, the place is no longer pleasant and warm as it could have been. Very fast service, which is worth the star given, because it is practical for those who are in a hurry.

16/12/2024: When I was a truck driver I stopped often, the cleanliness of the shower, the quality of the meals, the welcome, it was a stopover that I greatly appreciated. The driver with the umbrella and car carrier.

12/12/2025: We used to come to La Manuf very often. The food was very good, the service very pleasant, and the prices reasonable. What a disappointment these past two weeks! The menu has completely changed, the wait is very long, the prices seem to have gone up, but above all, the undeniable advantage of this place was the Happy Hour, which has been eliminated!!! I don't know if this change is very strategic, as many young people and people in general came to take advantage of the happy hour. With inflation in the air, happy hour is always appreciated; it's something to keep in mind. We don't plan on returning anytime soon, which is a shame because we were very happy with this lovely place near our home.

06/12/2025: Disappointed with our meal at La Manufacture. We waited a very long time for our food (our order hadn't been sent to the kitchen) and the food was mediocre. The pesto pasta with green vegetables had far too much oil, making it difficult to eat, and the fries with the fish and chips weren't of very good quality.
