10/08/2026: We had an excellent lunch at Le Petit Lindarets today! Everything was absolutely delicious, we thoroughly enjoyed it. But what impressed us most was the welcome: warm and attentive, the team did everything they could to make our daughter feel comfortable. A big thank you, we'll gladly come back!

09/08/2026: A wonderful experience at Le Petit Lindaret! We came during peak season, and despite the restaurant being packed, the staff did their utmost to find us a table and ensure we were welcomed warmly. There was a bit of a wait, which was perfectly understandable given the crowds, and the staff were always very attentive and friendly. Special mention goes to the two sisters who looked after us; they were lovely, smiling, and offered excellent advice. They took the time to explain the dishes and give us honest recommendations, which we greatly appreciated. As for the food, the portions were beautiful, generous, and delicious, with a special mention for the blueberry tartlet, which was superb! 😍 All this in a very pretty setting in the heart of Les Lindarets. 🏔️ A fantastic place that we highly recommend. We will gladly return! 👌

20/09/2026: Very disappointed. We made a reservation for our wedding anniversary, relying on Google reviews and especially the photos of the dishes and menu, but nothing is up-to-date. The menu is limited and basic, with no langoustines, scallops, foie gras, etc. We had a meager duck mousse on toast with our glass of champagne. We enjoyed the starter, but the main course was nothing gourmet—just a butcher's cut. The same went for dessert: a scoop of ice cream. This is the first time I've regretted my choice for our wedding anniversary. I expressed our disappointment to the waitress, but we didn't see the owner or chef. There was no gesture of goodwill; at the very least, they would have offered us complimentary glasses of champagne. I specified that I would have preferred to express our disappointment in person, but given his lack of response, I'm taking this opportunity to speak out.

27/09/2026: We were at Bord du Rhin around lunchtime today and wanted to order a drink as cyclists. The owner, Yves, told the five of us to go somewhere else. This was very disappointing, as we've eaten there several times before and weren't served. I think this is a business-damaging attitude for an owner and manager.

26/08/2026: We received a fantastic welcome from the Perce Neige team, who were incredibly friendly, and on top of that, the food was absolutely delicious – we thoroughly enjoyed it! The pizzas and desserts were amazing! If you're looking for a restaurant in Valmorel, this is the one!

25/08/2026: Excellent restaurant and a very warm welcome. Fondue, burger, daily special, dessert – we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. I have a few minor complaints about the portion sizes of some dishes, and the fact that the "mussels and fries" advertised on the terrace wasn't available. The prices are high, but that's typical for a ski resort... We'll definitely be back to try the pizzas 😉

30/09/2026: We chose Pantagruel to celebrate my wife’s 30th birthday and I explicitly noted the occasion on our reservation. While the service during the meal was impeccable and the food was delicious, with 90% of the courses being truly excellent, the overall experience was deeply let down by a total lack of attention to detail for this occasion. Despite our prior communication, not a single member of the staff acknowledged my wife's birthday or congratulated her. In an establishment of this caliber, guests should not have to repeatedly remind the staff of a milestone event that was already clearly stated in advance. To make matters worse, when we politely mentioned this oversight on our way out, we barely received an apology. What should have been a memorable celebration was left with a cold, negative aftertaste. Pantagruel serves great food, but I would advise avoiding it for special occasions, or at the very least, be prepared to remind them multiple times.

25/09/2026: Came here July 2026- Price wise it was very worth it, but it was quite disappointing when I mentioned multiple times that I cannot take any lamb/goat products including feta cheese, they still served amuse bouche that contained feta. I asked if they can simply take it out (no need to replace ingredient, just leave it out), they said no. (??) The dessert was overly sweet, many dishes felt like they weren’t meant to serve together but they were, didn’t pair well enough. But I do appreciate the use of shaoxin wine (I think!) for Chinese accent and lemongrass in their dish. Very creative!
