Everything was delicious, the only downside was the fondue, which was very strong in wine.
08/03/2026: We saw a mouse wandering around the cheese cellar, with all the cheeses open and exposed! The waiter was informed, but we received no compensation; they had no qualms about charging us in full even though we couldn't finish our dinner out of disgust. It seems this isn't a new problem, as a review from four years ago raised the exact same issue. In any case, it's truly paradise for mice!

Disappointment!
We ordered the €28 set menu, which promised Lorraine charcoal, which we're still searching for on the board. Instead, we got a rather mediocre head cheese.
A set menu with no real cooking involved, just carving, makes it expensive.
The rillettes were very good as an amuse-bouche, and the petits fours were a nice touch, but they didn't make up for it.
The atmosphere and service were very good, but that's not enough.
21/02/2026: I'm reliving my childhood memories with the salad, the raw vegetables, the 5-star roast potatoes (and even more if I could!), and the service is always so efficient and friendly! When I see how many people are here in this inn, I'm overjoyed. Thank you and congratulations on the magnificent sorbets and desserts!

01/03/2026: A brasserie in the heart of Metz, just the way we like them. The welcome is always warm and friendly. The entire team is attentive and always smiling. The atmosphere is convivial, the food is excellent and changes regularly. And finally, a wine list for all budgets and some real gems for connoisseurs.
