13/07/2024: Très joli cadre. Les mets sont très grande qualité préparés avec raffinement. Les ris de veau sont délicieux tout comme la suggestion du jour la lotte à l armoricaine ! Quant aux desserts succulents(ailettes aux fraises, fondant au chocolat baba au rhum..)
Nous y retournerons certainement !

14/09/2024: Easily the best meal in Paris. Every bite of food had the best flavor. Wine pairing was perfect. Our server was so warm and welcoming, it was one of the best dinner experiences I’ve ever had. 10/10 recommend, make sure you come here!!!!

17/12/2024: You can be proud to have an employee like Laetitia these days, because she had a great time being insulted by a customer and always remained professional until the end. I know more than one who would have left the ship and being alone it would have been problematic to provide the service. A manager would have been welcome but fortunately, strong solidarity took place between the customers to defend Laetitia who suffered strong harassment from this customer. On the rest, impeccable 👌

02/06/2025: We had a wonderful time at this gourmet restaurant overlooking the ocean. Each dish was a true work of art, as beautiful as it was delicious, with perfectly balanced flavors. The setting is simply magical: breathtaking views of the waves, a peaceful atmosphere, ideal for a family get-together.
The service lived up to the cuisine: warm, attentive, yet discreet. A special mention goes to the chef who came to greet us at the end of the meal!
A huge thank you to the entire team for this moment suspended in time. We'll definitely be back! 🙏🍷🍴

29/06/2025: Lousy welcome, we waited 20 minutes to be told that the kitchen was closed. No politeness, we clearly seemed to be annoying them. No water, no answer, no milk for a coffee. Close if you don't want to work.

17/10/2024: Y manger permet de faire une plongée dans le passé, à l'époque où l'on servait encore les mets dans des plats. Ici, la soupe arrive sur la table dans une soupière, le poisson et son accompagnement dans deux plats différents, le plateau de fromage vous est laissé à discrétion sur la table, et même le petit pichet de 25 cl de rosé à 5€ est apporté dans un petit seau sur un lit de glaçons ! Menu unique à 28 € sans aucun choix possible pour l'entrée (une soupe de légumes) et le plat (du saumon). Trois dessert au choix : nous avons pris la mousse au chocolat, excellente. Cadre familial un peu désuet mais sympa.

Alors ma femme m'a dit, Allons y.
Et quelle jolie découverte.
Dès la mise en bouche. Nous sommes captiver par un velouté de courge musquée de Provence. À tomber par terre.
Et cette pana cotta citronnelle crevettes grises bouleversante.
La suite fut tout aussi stupéfiante.
Maîtrise des cuissons. Des goûts.
Nous avons prit un de chaque pour vraiment goûter à tout.
Cuisson de l'œuf remarquable et ce croustillant bluffant.
Omble chevalier. Fondant en bouche avec ce sorbet concombre divin
Les plats sont maîtriser.
Les desserts gourmands
Les sorbets et glace sont à tomber
Les assiettes sont très bien présenter. Chaque assiette mérite une photo
Le fil est conducteur de la mise en bouche jusqu'au dessert.
Nous comprenons maintenant pourquoi on parle tellement de la table des corderies.
Nous reviendrons régulièrement maintenant.

Ma femme ne réfléchis plus où aller dorénavant. Elle réserve à la table des corderies.

Velouté de cresson. Panacotta citronnelle crevettes grises.
Du goût du goût pour débuter. Cela annonce une belle suite.
Entrée.
L'œuf mollet croustillant.
Nouvelle entrée depuis notre dernier passage
Cuisson œuf parfaite. Croustillant étonnant. Et ce Velouté de carottes jaune, dingue. Un Visuel admiratif.
Plat
Volaille. Une farce goûteuse. Résultat une viande moelleuse et juteuse. Gnocchis au potimarron napper sauce parmesan. Gourmand à souhait. Purée de patate douce. Sauce Velouté de potimarron crémeuse. Jolie visuellement.
Les Saint jacques. Cuisson parfaite. Jolie croûte pleine de gourmandise. Purée de butternut goûteuse. Espuma poireaux aérien. Et ces pommes de terre soufflées, de la technique du croustillant dans l'assiette. Visuel tel un tableau.
Pré dessert.
Pomme avec un sorbet pomme shiso. Magique
Dessert
Tiramisu. Remplit de Gourmandise. Merveilleux.
Service chaleureux et delicat.
En cuisine un magicien des saveurs et des goûts nous gâtent.
un artiste qui dresse ces assiettes comme de véritables tableaux
