Their scoops of ice cream and their Liégeois coffee really have flavor.

01/09/2024: Les meilleurs accra de morue depuis la Martinique ! Mais bien d'autres excellent plats maison : poulpe au chorizo MAGNIFIQUE.
Jolie salle soignée, Service aimable par le fils de la maison et les parents avec qui nous avons eu le plaisir d'échanger . Notre chien ( calme) a été gentiment accueilli.
25/08/2024: A lovely restaurant with indoor and outdoor seating. Family run. Fast and friendly service. Top cuisine with good products cooked with taste and passion. I enjoyed myself. Wine list with lots of organic and natural choices. It is not at the seaside but in a pretty little alley in the center. A “to do” if you pass through La Rochelle.

03/07/2025: A great place to stay in Croix-Rousse! The setting is warm, with a typical Lyon bistro atmosphere, friendly but not noisy. The dishes are generous, well-presented, and delicious—special mention goes to the tartare and daily specials, which are often original and well-executed. The service is friendly and efficient, even during busy periods.
One small drawback: the prices are a little high for some dishes, but the quality is there. A great discovery for a meal with friends or as a couple!
12/06/2025: What a wonderful bistro. We didn’t book but managed to get an early table as walk in’s (do book). The food was simply excellent and clearly cooked by chefs who really knew how to treat the beautiful local produce. We wished we were staying longer as we no doubt would have eaten here many times. Also the wine list is excellent and our set menu (with lots of choice) was great value.

15/12/2024: While passing through Saint-Flour, we discovered this restaurant and we were pleasantly surprised. Neat and refined cuisine. Beautiful presentation of plates, and most important, good quality of products and original recipes which seduced our taste buds.
25/11/2024: Un très bon repas Chez Geneviève qui semble être une valeur sûre à St Flour ; service sympathique, plats roboratifs et bien présentés ; on espère revenir dans cette ambiance très chaleureuse.

20/08/2024: Zeer gastvrije ontvangst in gezellig ruim opgezet restaurant met prachtig uitzicht over de uitmonding van de Seine. Heerlijk eten, zeer flexibel omgaand met specifieke wensen van de kinderen. Heerlijke wijn ook.

25/08/2024: La Potiniere reste Le restaurant de Merlette.Le patron Mickael vous accueille toujours avec le sourire. En cuisine c est toujours Medhi qui officie. Donc on lit la carte pour trouver des spécialités montagnardes, évidemment ,plus quelques plats à base de pâtes et toujours de l excellente viande. La suggestion du jour était magret de canard.......l assiette était aussi belle que bonne. Nous avons passé une excellente soirée à l intérieur du restaurant pendant que d autres clients étaient installés en terrasse.
Clients de longue date,nous continuerons à venir réjouir nos papilles dans cet établissement,été comme hiver.Un conseil pensez à réserver.
