05/02/2026: I was in search of cassoulet in Toulouse. It is one of the famous French dishes from this area. Found Aligot when doing an online search. It is on a busy stretch in the Capitole district filled with restaurants and shops. The restaurant is small and intimate. And there is only a handful of menu items including the restaurant’s namesake item. Aligot is a cheesy mashed potatoes dish. Usually French food has a reputation for being expensive, but I found the pricing to be affordable. Tried the cassoulet here with a glass of red wine and it did not disappoint. Service was also friendly. I will say that you must like the menu to dine here given the limited offerings.

05/01/2026: A lover of aligot since childhood and currently training to be a cheesemonger, I don't think I've ever eaten such good aligot. My parents tried the cassoulet, and it's excellent too. The partnership with the pastry shop for desserts is also a superb idea ;) A big thank you to the team :) And for those of you looking for a good restaurant: this is an address to discover without delay!

22/02/2026: This crêperie in Meudon was a wonderful experience. The welcome and service were impeccable and professional. The crêpes were delicious and the buckwheat galettes excellent. The cider came from Fouesnant in Finistère and was organic. We highly recommend this place.

16/02/2026: We had a very bad experience. We were "forgotten" even though we were a table of eight, including four children. We waited a good 30 minutes for a menu. It took a little less time for someone to take our order and give us cutlery. Then, the ingredients in the savory crepes were poor quality (processed ham) and in very small quantities. Not a single lettuce leaf accompanied the crepes. The children's crepes were even less generous. The sweet crepes were like lace crepes, full of holes. We felt truly neglected. Luckily, the atmosphere was good with the concert that was scheduled. We understand that these kinds of evenings can be hectic due to the large number of diners, but a little more effort in customer service would be appreciated. An apology or a gesture of goodwill, for example.

10/03/2026: Overall a nice place to eat. The food tasted good (I had pasta with tomato sauce, eggplant and ricotta cheese). The service was great. The waitress accommodated our 'weird' requests. I’d recommend it if you’re looking for a casual meal situated directly on the Port Lympia (Old Port) area. We sat outside, which was fantastic and gave us beautiful views of the marina while we ate.

07/03/2026: We had a wonderful time at this crêperie in Font-Romeu! We came as a family with two children, and everyone thoroughly enjoyed their meal. The portions were generous, and the crêpes were truly delicious. The service was pleasant, and the atmosphere was friendly. We highly recommend this place. We'll be back!

30/10/2025: If I could only stay at one, it would be this one! The best crêperie in the area, and it has been for years. We received a very warm welcome once again (even though it was just before closing time). The concept of creating your own galette is a real plus, and we received excellent advice to help us make our choice. We thoroughly enjoyed our meal. A crêperie to recommend without hesitation.

18/02/2026: We went as a family of six to Fred's for my niece's birthday. We received a wonderful welcome, the staff were fantastic, and the food was absolutely delicious and perfectly prepared. My niece got her birthday candles, and the staff joined us for a song. The cheese platter was enormous and of very high quality. Thank you to the whole team for making this family moment unforgettable.

Thank you to Franck for his presentation of 50 cheeses 🧀 which were perfect, and the hazelnut cheese was a real gem! 😍 The whole team is fantastic and welcoming. Go without hesitation. 10/10
