07/03/2026: An exceptional experience: much more than just a meal! Having come to Binic for the morning, I ended my tour by walking into La Sentinelle, and what a discovery! For less than €30, I experienced something others would charge twice as much for. As for the food: The quality is undeniable. I started with seasonal vegetables and mushrooms, before moving on to a fillet of pollack with Bonne Femme sauce that was absolutely divine. The fish was incredibly tender, and the sauce was perfectly balanced. It's hearty, fresh, and you can immediately taste the chefs' expertise behind each dish. Even for a big appetite, the portion is generous! The welcome and atmosphere: This is where the establishment truly shines. The team is warm, polite, and very respectful. Special mention to the waitress who took care of me: exemplary professionalism and a kindness that immediately puts you at ease, especially when dining alone. You can feel the camaraderie and humor among the staff, which makes the atmosphere lively and welcoming. The little extra: I finished with a decadent vanilla/caramel sundae, and the restaurant even offered me a "little treat" (liqueur) to conclude this feast. In short: Unbeatable value for money in such a chic setting. If I could give an infinite number of stars, I would without hesitation. Go for it without a second thought!

06/03/2026: A great find! Plenty of choice, menus, and even a three-course meal (starter, main, dessert) with ample options for 18 euros, plus a complimentary small caramel vodka. The food was excellent, varied, and cooked to perfection. Add to that the pleasant and smiling waitresses, and a quiet dining room. Frankly, for this price and quality, it's hard to find better! We'll definitely be back!

09/03/2026: Our visit to Le Versailles restaurant in Paris was absolutely perfect and definitely ranks among our most memorable culinary experiences in the city. From the moment you step inside, you can tell: this place is run with passion. The owner, Margot, personally serves the guests – an incredibly vibrant, cheerful, and warm person. You feel welcome from the very first moment. She gave us excellent advice, took her time with us, and even offered us great tips for the rest of our stay in Paris. This personal touch makes the visit truly special. You can immediately tell it's a genuine family business: her partner works in the kitchen, while her father is behind the bar. This familial atmosphere makes the restaurant incredibly authentic and welcoming. The food was simply divine. We had the Chicken Supreme with pasta and mushroom cream sauce – incredibly tender and perfectly balanced in flavor. We also had a burger with fries, which was equally outstanding. For an appetizer, we enjoyed snails with herb butter, which were truly excellent. And the steak tartare with fries was also top-notch – fresh, perfectly seasoned, and simply delicious. . We also loved the ambiance: a great atmosphere, comfortable seating, and exactly the kind of ambiance you'd expect in a Parisian brasserie. All in all, a wonderful experience with fantastic food, warm service, and a uniquely welcoming, family-like atmosphere. Highly recommended for anyone who wants to enjoy a truly delicious meal in Paris while feeling completely at ease! Warmest regards to Margot, Julia and Karina ❤️

16/12/2025: Upon arrival, we received a cold welcome and felt like we were intruding. I had come to this restaurant for coffee with a client I'm supporting through a bereavement. We needed a quiet, comfortable place to talk peacefully. The tables inside were set for dinner service, and we were asked to sit on the terrace, despite the cold. After a few minutes, we had to go inside because the temperature was truly uncomfortable. I then politely asked if it would be possible to sit at one of the 30 available tables inside, explaining that my client was suffering from arm pain and that the cold was exacerbating her discomfort. This request was refused, without any real consideration for the situation. Given that we were offered seats at the bar, where my client indeed tried, somewhat uncomfortably, to sit on a high stool, and where we would have had no privacy to talk since we would have been seated between two people and in front of the woman preparing the deviled eggs! We could have sat at a table and left without any problem as soon as other customers needed to eat… A little understanding and consideration would have made all the difference! We had to leave and continue our meeting elsewhere.

20/02/2026: We came to eat and were disappointed with the meat. The chicken cutlet was watery and the red meat we ordered was bleeding and blue, like in a canteen. Last time I'll come

07/02/2026: After all the staff learned that the restaurant would be sold on April 1st, 2026, both the service and the food deteriorated significantly. Currently, I cannot recommend the food. I would like to commend Evelyn, the server, who always does a fantastic job.

24/02/2026: Very warm atmosphere, attentive staff. Starter: Pâté en croûte with a foie gras center, excellent. Main course: Veal with fries, the veal was incredibly tender and the fries were homemade. Dessert: Crème brûlée, also excellent. Great meal. I highly recommend it.

18/02/2026: Excellent! We went to La Fontaine Saint Jean for Valentine's Day and had a wonderful evening. The meal was delicious, a real treat from start to finish. 23/02/2026: An authentic experience in this traditional Lyonnais bistro that seems frozen in time. The dishes are uncompromising and bold, the flavors are intense, and it's truly satisfying. Highly recommended.

16/02/2026: €28 for half a dry andouillette sausage that wasn't even cooked in the sauce. Over €20 for barely 100g of poorly cut flank steak. There are countless bouchons in Lyon, and I don't understand at all how this one has been successful. A tourist trap in all its glory.

24/02/2026: What a surprise for a first-time visit! We were welcomed like old friends, in a truly relaxed atmosphere. Aperitifs and delicious treats... a meal (cassoulet night, which was fantastic and homemade!!) served just like at home (with smiles and good cheer too 🤣) and the evening ended on the dance floor.... A great atmosphere, by the end we were all friends!! A place to spend a wonderful, convivial time. Looking forward to exploring the outdoors when the warmer weather arrives ☀️
