23/02/2026: A consistently excellent restaurant in Cholet, offering carefully prepared and refined dishes. While the cocktail selection is somewhat limited and the menu doesn't always change frequently, the food remains consistently high quality. I highly recommend it.

22/11/2025: Very nice, the food was excellent, the table service was very good, we had booked a room upstairs and the icing on the cake was that someone was playing the accordion (too loud for us but it was a very nice surprise).
17/11/2025: It's quite simple: every time we visit St. Valéry, we always book a table at Le Moulin 🙂.
The food is excellent, from appetizers to desserts, it's flawless, with a presentation that perfectly reflects the flavors on the palate 🤤.

18/01/2026: Fantastic! I'm not usually one to give ratings, but this restaurant is simply exceptional. The staff are incredibly friendly, and all their meals are of high quality, whether it's the sushi, sashimi, etc. There's really nothing to complain about. I highly recommend it.

31/01/2026: Chef need to go back to cooking school. Basic things not done good. Duck breast hardly chewable, impossible to cut, skin not crunchy like a gum. So basically the problem is simple things which are not done well. Trying to be fancy, but not for the price of quality. Not to be recommended.

19/01/2026: Despite its name, it's not a tourist trap at all, let alone a tourist spot, but it's right in the heart of Montmartre. Quite the opposite. A warm welcome, a very friendly host, who pours a delicious Macon-Villages to try when I ask for a white wine. A good amuse-bouche followed by prawns with grilled vegetables as an appetizer and sea bass with vegetables as a main course. Great atmosphere.
