Unfamiliar yet amazing spices, surprising yet perfectly balanced combinations. Each dish is a burst of flavor. The young chef lives up to his reputation: talented, inspired, and generous in his work. A true gem.

10/05/2026: As long-time customers of Domaine de Bellevue, we have unfortunately noticed a decline over time, both in service and in the quality of the facilities. We feel that the commercial aspect is now taking precedence over the quality of the welcome and the customer experience. The spa was quite dirty: the bin hadn't been emptied after the previous guests, the toilets were dirty, and the floor was covered in hair (photos available). Furthermore, we spent over €500 for our visit as a family of three. Since afternoon tea wasn't served until 6:00 PM, we asked if it would be possible to each have a small cookie with our glass of champagne while we waited. The brunch cookies were still on the table, the plate was full, and there were no other guests, but we were refused. We found this particularly unprofessional and quite disappointing. Also, during our afternoon tea, the hot chocolate was actually just flavorless hot milk, and we were refused a cappuccino because the waitress didn't know how to make one… The massages, however, were very good. It's a shame, because we've always enjoyed coming to this establishment, but this experience unfortunately no longer reflects the standard and quality of service we were used to.

The staff are kind, professional, attentive, and generous, not to mention the creativity and talent of the chefs in both the kitchen and pastry shop... A feast for the eyes and the palate... an address not to be missed, whether for family gatherings, get-togethers with friends, or for seminars and corporate events. I highly recommend Domaine de Bellevue!

06/07/2026: One of the best meals I have ever had in my life. Went to Bordeaux for vacation and went to this beautiful restaurant for dinner and it was AMAZING. From the food to service, to the quaint indoors, it will never forget it.

Being part of a volunteer association where we also put on a show once a year, I thought it was fantastic that there was a magician, an impressionist, even the owners and the young waiters were great. We had a wonderful evening, I highly recommend it. It's an excellent remedy for depression. Well done to the team, Les Pieds en Plat, keep up the good work, we'll be back!

21/06/2026: This restaurant calls itself semi-gastronomic... we had a completely different experience: - The amuse-bouches were there, but lacked any real flavor. - The starter: small and very average scallops, with an extra charge of 8 euros on top of the set menu price! - The meat was full of gristle. They kindly offered to take our plates back and brought us replacements... the exchange was somewhat unsuccessful, but we appreciated the gesture. - The desserts, like the amuse-bouches, were basic. Not a word or gesture of goodwill was offered at the time of payment regarding our unpleasant experience. Given the price of the set menu, we expected a much higher quality of service!

Special mention for the octopus: probably one of the best I've ever eaten. Incredibly tender, perfectly cooked, and bursting with flavor. The presentation of the dishes is sublime; every detail is meticulously crafted. You can taste the passion and expertise in every bite. It had been a very long time since we'd had such a wonderful meal in a restaurant. This is a place that truly deserves to be discovered, and we would recommend it without hesitation. Thank you to the entire team for this unforgettable experience. We will definitely be back!
