Le cadre reste simple, mais peu important en raison d’une cuisine de qualité qui prend toute la place dans cet établissement.
27/09/2024: Parfait! Délicieux paleron fondant bien accompagné par une purée délicate et des petits légumes variés. Le tartelette à était excellente, la banane était parfaitement dosée, pas trop présente et sans excès de sucre. Nous avons passé un très bon moment grâce à ce que nous avons eu le plaisir de déguster mais aussi grâce à un accueil et un service souriant, aimable et attentionné.

The service is very pleasant, given by a waiter who has his own humor and a pleasant smile.
We really feel the desire of this couple to do their best to please customers.

07/05/2025: Very cosy local bistro with local food showing food miles (very few). Lots of local customers and obviously frequent diners. The burger was going down a storm with most but I didn't have it to my regret as my son loved it, it seemed freshly minced and made in the kitchen. 27/01/2025: Ma deuxième visite à ce très bon restaurant près de Notre-Dame et de la place Maubert. Cuisine raffinée, service rapide et efficace. J'ai choisi le paleron et la tarte aux myrtilles avec un verre de vin du Ventoux.
A recommander si vous voulez emmener des amis (re-) visiter Notre-Dame !

31/08/2024: Endroit très simple avec une serveuse qui laisse à désirer. Une heure d’attente à partir du moment où elle a bien voulu prendre la commande…. Pour un plat du jour et une salade de chèvre chaud , carafe d’eau =. 30€ un peu cher pour des assiettes peu remplies! Plats pourtant savoureux (il aurait manqué un peu de jambon, œufs dans la salade de 15€)! il aurait été utile d’avertir du temps d’attente avant toute chose! Dommage car on est parti encore avec la faim!

11/09/2024: Definitely one of our favorite restaurants in Paris! The food was incredible and so reasonably priced. We both ordered steaks (the filet and the entrecôte) and loved every single bite! Our server and all the restaurant staff were super friendly and helpful. Thanks for a lovely evening!

Then exceptional fevoulet.
The strawberry melba dessert is killer.
We recommend this exceptional address.
PS: I recommend not eating at lunch.

16/09/2024: A superb evening in a dream setting. The restaurant is ideally located in the historic city with the magnificent ramparts as a backdrop.
We had a flawless meal from start to finish.
Impeccable service with attentive staff, present but discreet.
Each dish more tempting than the last.
The only thing to improve is the exterior signage of the restaurant, we did not immediately understand that it was located in the city hotel.
15/09/2024: Always a wonderful experience, each time I visit Carcassonne I make sure to book in for lunch. This time I treated myself to dinner, which was as expected, magical dining.

05/07/2025: Attentive and friendly staff. We were seated outside without a reservation. The chef explained the specialties and gave good recommendations. The burger, a kind of potato pancake, and the steak with side dishes were very tasty, as was the crème brûlée. The beer was also tasty... Definitely recommend it!
28/06/2025: We enjoyed the frog legs, which were incredible, with salad and fries, perfect.
