25/01/2025: We go there every year. The discovery menu is always a good surprise. The service is friendly and discreet at the same time. This year we spent one night at Jardins aux Sources, the “spicy morning” room was comfortable and very quiet. We tried the spa and enjoyed this moment of relaxation. Thank you for your welcome and your availability.

12/01/2025: We visited Le Jardin Aux Sources last Thursday for their surprise 5-course menu, which we had the chance to taste thanks to a gift voucher offered for our birthday. Having never been there before, we didn't know what to expect — but what an incredible experience it was! The place is absolutely magical, with a setting that is both peaceful and enchanting. The team was remarkably professional, while being warm and welcoming, making us feel at home from the moment we arrived. As for the cuisine, it exceeded all our expectations. Each dish was carefully prepared, full of flavor and beautifully presented. The highlight of the evening was undoubtedly the “dessert tree”, a creative and delicious surprise that perfectly ended an extraordinary meal. We can only recommend Le Jardin Aux Sources. It was a truly memorable evening, and we can’t wait to return. A big thank you to the whole team for making this moment so special!

09/10/2025: Passing through before returning to the continent, we stopped with my wife and son, the homemade dishes were delicious. The owner took the time to play and make our two-year-old son laugh. The atmosphere is very warm and the charcuterie for sale, which is from a small local producer, is excellent. I highly recommend it if you are in the area.

Being able to enjoy homemade, succulent dishes presented with great care is not a common thing these days. What a wonderful discovery during our vacation! We went there for lunch and returned for dinner to end our stay nicely. We thank LE BOUIC and all the kind people who received and served us very much. A beautiful souvenir that we bring home from the Pyrenees. 🌷

26/09/2024: We can only recommend coming to Vidal's to have a great evening. Whether it's our meal with a menu for 60 euros, the availability and smile of the staff, the very pleasant and quiet room. We must also highlight the investment "two young people" who must be in a hotel high school. We come from the Var and the menu that we chose, in terms of its quality and price, has nothing to envy of a starred restaurant that we have in the south.
