04/12/2024: Despite a generally present atmosphere, I remain hungry. The sequences are sorely lacking in fluidity, with often poorly timed transitions and off-beat pieces. The display of video clips on the screens spoils the surprise effect, because we guess in advance the music that will follow, which ruins the pleasure. Some mixes even give a "YouTube megamix" feel, which, for my taste, makes the experience a little too kitsch. The establishment contacted me twice to modify my opinion, an approach that I find frankly borderline. I do it nonetheless, because I want to be constructive. Please note: my comment is in no way aimed at the staff, who are at the top: smiling and professional, they do their best in an often noisy context. But musically speaking, in 2025, with all the technology available, we can't afford to mix like that. There are clearly areas for improvement to consider.

05/07/2025: Our family of six (2 adults and four hungry teenage boys) had a fantastic meal at Auberge. The place is a Vence institution having been run by the same family for more than 100 years. But they are not resting on their laurels - this was a fantastic meal, the best we had over the course of our week in Vence. The starters were so fresh - a real taste of summer. The mains were also excellent - saddle of veal was a standout but the steak and fish suggestion (bream) were great too. Exceptional value for money. Three generations of servers including Maman who was acquainted with Marc Chagall back in the day. I couldn’t recommend this inn highly enough!

29/06/2025: A wonderful discovery! Excellent, generous dishes, full of authentic flavors, truly showcasing the local produce. Cuisine with heart and flavor. The service is attentive, warm, and efficient, without overdoing it. A place we recommend without hesitation, and one we'll gladly return to!

18/01/2025: Excellent dinner, in this case, sauerkraut from the sea. Dessert a little below but the whole remains very good. Efficient service. Pleasant setting: in winter the fireplace brings a little magic. Almost full, even mid-January, big success!

The setting was nice, the staff were also friendly, but just be careful because the service is not professional, it's almost as if they snatch your plate from your hands before you've even finished it... or ask you to send the next course before you've even finished the starter.

06/07/2025: A pleasant surprise surrounded by vineyards. A warm and welcoming welcome and impeccable service. I would gladly do it again. Restaurant-quality food, not reheated fare! Wines paired with the sommelier's recommendations enhance the pleasure of the meal. A beautiful establishment.

28/09/2024: What a wonderful evening we had 🥰 The bosses are exceptionally kind!!! Welcome and service, pleasant, smiling and attentive. The signature menu lived up to our expectations, even unexpected in taste because the twist was so well done. My favorite was the artichoke and truffle gratin, a delight ❤️ It was a Latin dance evening and you are a very good dancer who knew how to set the mood. Stay as you are. See you soon.

14/09/2024: La carte est simple, trois entrées, trois plats, trois desserts. Elle change chaque semaine, toujours au rythme des saisons. La cuisine est excellente et raffinée, les assiettes sont magnifiques. L'endroit est agréable et le personnel sympathique et attentionné. Les tarifs sont raisonnables. De quoi vouloir y retourner chaque semaine !

02/10/2024: The organization of our afterwork went perfectly, thanks to Emmanuel, who contacted me directly following the reservation. On site, we were able to privatize the basement, a very beautiful space with mirrors and vaulted stone walls. In addition, we benefited from fast service thanks to a small private bar located downstairs. The drinks and boards were also excellent, which helped make the evening a real success! Thanks again to the whole team!
