07/07/2026: We came for lunch on a weekday. The entrance wasn't very inviting, but once you step inside, you're greeted with a smile and an uncommon kindness and warmth. We ordered the set menu, and everything was fresh and homemade. From the appetizer to the main course, everything was perfect. Nothing like those all-you-can-eat chains. A must-try.

03/05/2026: There were seven of us. I had booked the day before (April 27, 2026). We were a group of motorcyclists, parking wasn't a problem, the restaurant was very spacious, bright, and well laid out. Everyone could talk, there wasn't any annoying background noise.

25/05/2026: Beautiful quiet village beautiful surroundings . We had a meal in the restaurant my wife had the trout who’s came from the river we saw the trout at the bottom of the garden was delicious it came with perfectly cooked delicious vegetables and I had the pigeon dish which was one of the best I’ve had perfectly cooked was delicious amazing experience will definitely come again 👌👌👌

14/05/2026: A pearl. They were able to host us for dinner and a night on Good Friday, it was delicious and they were very welcoming with our children who had a proper French 'children's menu': chicken, delicious vegetables, and potatoes, and then ice cream. The bedroom, facing the river, was beautiful and, although they warned us it would be a little cramped with a camp bed and a cot for the children, it was absolutely fine. Everyone slept all night. We will come back, we hope many times.

The venue is simply magnificent, full of charm and authenticity. The reception hall, enhanced by elegant and welcoming décor, created a magical atmosphere, exactly as we had imagined. The meal was a resounding success: delicious, refined, and generous. The secular ceremony and cocktail reception were organized with great professionalism, in a friendly and moving atmosphere. A huge thank you to the staff, who were fantastic from beginning to end: available, attentive, kind, and very professional. 20/05/2026: I came to eat with a friend, and we were delighted with our visit to the hotel restaurant. Beyond the beautiful setting, the service was perfect, very warm and professional. The meal was excellent, especially the pissaladière, which I highly recommend. We also ordered wine, which was very good as well. A truly excellent place!

On the culinary front, dishes that transport you to a land of flavors thanks to the talent of Chef Sylvestre, a maestro of spices and flavor pairings. In the dining room, Nathan, a young sommelier, offers elixirs straight from the great book of magical potions. In the dining room, the incomparable Rony, with his kindness and professionalism, is assisted by Nicolas, a young recruit. At reception, Eve's energy and helpfulness ensure everything runs perfectly. Thank you to Noemi, Tom, Rosetta (?), Chad (?) and everyone else whose name I didn't catch—my apologies. And above all, BRAVO for your work, and here's to a third star!

From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by remarkably kind and professional staff, always attentive and caring, with meticulous attention to every detail. The cuisine is simply exceptional. A huge congratulations to Chef Sylvestre and his entire team, who provided us with a truly exceptional gastronomic experience. Special mention goes to the pastry chef, whose creations, as refined as they were delicious, provided a wonderful ending to each of our meals. Days drift by peacefully by the pool, with the option of having lunch in the shade of the trees in an elegant and serene atmosphere. You immediately feel right at home. The rooms and bathrooms, decorated in a clean and Zen style, invite rest and relaxation. Every detail contributes to creating a soothing ambiance. Mas de l’Amarine is an exceptional place that perfectly embodies luxury, tranquility, and indulgence. Finally, and this is a particularly welcome feature, pets are truly welcome, which is rare enough to warrant mentioning. We recommend this place without hesitation and will return with immense pleasure.

15/06/2026: We booked the entire Relais Haussmann for my birthday. It was a magical evening. The welcome, the service, and the quality of the food were simply fantastic. It's an exceptional place, and having lunch or dinner at the Relais Haussmann is always an extraordinary experience.

The meal was excellent from start to finish, with fresh, homemade ingredients. We were even surprised by the homemade bread, which was also excellent. The continental breakfast was simple, with excellent pastries as well. If we were to return, we would gladly stay here again! Thank you very much!

03/06/2026: We got married this weekend at Domaine du St Moritz with Florian. A huge thank you to the entire St Moritz team, especially Kevin and Fred who took such wonderful care of us. They were always responsive and very professional, reassuring, and attentive. They are truly dedicated and kind-hearted people. The venue is beautiful, with lovely spaces and is very well maintained. We were able to enjoy the pool and fountain areas. The catering was of very high quality, both visually and in terms of taste. They were able to accommodate the allergies and other dietary requirements of our guests. Thank you for everything. We highly recommend this venue.

02/06/2026: My wife and I couldn't have dreamed of a better venue for our wedding. First of all, the Domaine du Saint-Moritz is magnificent. We had the large hall at our disposal on the day, which was perfect for our 75 guests. Secondly, the food served was excellent and sophisticated. The staff were superb in accommodating our vegan and allergy-conscious guests. The cost of the service was entirely reasonable. Finally, the reason why it's so important for me to leave a review for the Saint-Moritz is its exceptional team. First and foremost, the owner, Kevin, was extremely flexible despite our last-minute changes. He is very kind, attentive, and adapts to every wedding, and I especially want to commend his honesty. I was worried about not having enough food, and a dishonest vendor would have been quick to add more to inflate their quote. This wasn't the case with Kevin, who didn't hesitate for a second to advise us against increasing the quantities. His entire team was fantastic in making our wedding the best day of our lives; their dedication was incredible. I especially want to thank Frédéric and Morgane, who stayed with us until 3:30 a.m., running around non-stop. This team is perfect, don't change a thing, but don't forget to rest sometimes!
