07/10/2025: We had an exceptional stay at the Hôtel de la Plage in Hossegor. It's a small, charming hotel where the welcome is always warm, friendly, and attentive. The rooms are impeccable, and the location is simply breathtaking: it's a feast for the eyes! The surf lessons take place in ideal conditions, with few students and a real focus on safety. Guillaume is there in the water with you, always offering good advice. We've been coming here for three years, and we recommend this place without hesitation. Family-run hotels of this quality are rare these days. Can't wait to go back! 🌊🏄‍♂️

18/10/2025: A single dish for 12 euros for lunch, I didn't like one of the ingredients in the pie and I was told: but it's good, and apparently it was me who was the problem and not the menu... big disappointment, the place is no longer pleasant and warm as it could have been. Very fast service, which is worth the star given, because it is practical for those who are in a hurry.

09/07/2025: A moment of romantic sharing and exchange at Stéphane Froidevaux's restaurant. My wife always has reservations when we go to an establishment of this caliber because she doesn't like the "farty" service. The team is young but gets the job done. They know their stuff well, but it lacks a bit of "spontaneity" that would make the experience even more unique (you can let loose a little even in a Michelin-starred establishment), which allows those unfamiliar with the "protocols" to feel at ease. In the kitchen, the cooking is mastered, the pairings are precise and well-thought-out. Not a single false note in the endless list of creations we tasted. We had a wonderful time and will be back (this was my case even before the Michelin star).
